Store had complete assortment of donuts and other bakery goods….dining area was a little dirty….but lady behind counter was very friendly and polite…

Always a long line and service is suspect at best. Go inside, much quicker.
The staff was courteous and efficient in getting the orders correct and in a timely manner. However I felt the dining area wasn't well kept up. Coffee spills on tables and food/wrappers on the floor. Sadly did see other customers leave their garbage out on tables vs using the receptacles.
We tried the new pancake wrap with egg and bacon, and with sausage and egg: delicious, especially when dipped in the yummy Mrs. Butterworth syrup! I always like their coffee, and the donuts and coffee here are really good. They live up to the Dunkin Donuts name. Nothing in particular makes this one stand out more than others.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I am always so impressed with the staff here whenever we visit. We come here for coffee weekly and always get an order of munchkins for our toddlers to split. They remember our kids’ favorite flavors without us needing to ask and always make sure the split is eve
It seems like they updated their staff, so its been better. Their was a wicked employee who had no problem complaining in front of us about being short staffed. I get it, id be upset too, but once my customer has left would I voice my frustration.
