A place of home away from home 🇺🇸. Very good service very helpful staff. And off course, the Big Mac tastes the same as in the USA.

On my way back to Berlin Flix bus stoped there for a break. I am almost astonished why people like this kind of self-service like a huge pad to order in my opinion digestible food with any taste and nothing to chew on - I guess it is this famous because everything is like a big playground.

The Toilets aren't clean, they don't take care of enough toilet paper or paper for drying hands.... The automatic dryer wasn't working, too. The floor was covered with water!
Don't need to go to the counter. Order and pay your food through the standing machines. Someone brings your food at the table. Great plan. I love those machines.
They need a serious upgrade in their credit card POS system. Also, the girl handling the cafe section needs training and additional help. She obviously can't handle the lunch time rush on her own.
You cannot expect much from a McD. Its has a drive through, located well, has free washrooms and wi-fi. Plenty of outdoors seating space but no so much indoors which can make it feel a bit crammed during winters when nobody wants to sit outside.
