Overall wasn't too bad pancakes are pretty good chicken was moist and crispy like it should be

The staff was excellent. The food came out with a quickness.
It's IHOP, but the staff is very nice, extremely accommodating, all around great. The food is cooked how you want it every time, the waitstaff is very pleasant, and the restaurant is always very clean.
