Unless you’re physically there to stand through the unnecessary long line and walk them though it step by step your order will never be right. What are specific instructions for if they don’t even read them. Soups salads are apparently a thing.
Sandwich was made perfect but my bread felt like it sat out all night. The cashier/sandwich maker was really nice and fast. Over all, I had a great experience
The ladies working were very unprofessional and somewhat rude. I ask for meatball sub and the lady ask what I needed on it I said peppers and She put lettuce on my sub no peppers available and they acted like I was bothering them instead of them helping me. I will never let these ladies fix my food
It is very rare that I leave a negative review, but my experience at Subway inside BP on Anderson Road was so terrible that I have to say something! I ordered a footlong tuna sub with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers. I consider that a very simple order. The girl who made my sandwich
I miss some of the sandwiches on the old menu, but the chicken bacon ranch was pretty good. Just make sure you request they cook the bacon before putting it on your sandwich.
Possibly the nicest staff I've had the good graces to encounter. "But it's so busy at lunch time." Want to know why? Because it's worth the wait. You will leave with your food and a sweet memory of two ladies that have kind hearts and contagious smiles. Thank you for the memory!!
I had to wait quite a bit of time to check out because the machine stopped working. But the staff was amiable. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because they did not offer a kids size tuna sandwich and refused to do one for my child. Every other subway I have ever been to has been able to
