Pancho's Mexican Food - Rock Springs - Photo album

Called ahead with a party of 9 and they moved tables around to accommodate. And this is a fast food place basically, but with amazing Mexican food. I was in heaven with the quesabirria tacos. My wife got the street tacos, and out of the three, the lengua tacos were my favorite. She also ordered the
Completely blown away by this little place. We were snowed in and unable to travel I-80 West so went looking for dinner. Love the atmosphere. We underestimated the serving sizes, you DEFINITELY get what you pay for! It’s well worth with it and the service was great. We ordered a chorizo taco, surf
Valdo is my favorite person ever! He is the reason I am a die hard Panchos customer every week. He greets me everytime with the warmest smile and kindest words. His customer service is exceptional and I look forward to seeing him in the drive through everytime I go. Keep him around because he sure i
The BEST Mexican food! We are so excited we stopped by.
Do not be deterred by the fast food appearance! This place is righteous! There are really good diverse flavors in their food, plates are huge; I could barely eat 2/3 of my portion. I’m really impressed with the quality of food. Totally worth the drive to rock springs. That’s right. We came all the w
Pancho's always has amazing burritos for really great prices! They are HUGE and have really good stuff inside, not just a ton of rice for filler. The staff is always really nice too.
Dined here on a recent trip to Rock Springs, portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and the dining area was clean. It was also conveniently located to the motel we were staying at (Country West). I got the chicken taco plate, hubby got the shredded beef burrito plate. We were each able to m
Yummy! I'll give the homemade tortilla an 8/10 Crispy beef taco was perfect. Sauces are excellent and they aren't stingy with them. We actually stayed overnight at a hotel in the area so we could get panchos for breakfast too during a roadtrip
Tacos are great, service is also good. I just am not sure about the hot food on the cheap Styrofoam plates that you can smell almost melting from the food on them.
If you haven't already, you hafta try the Chicken Tacos! The pictures added is the Chicken Tacos and the Chorizo Street Tacos. If you are super hungry and you are up for the challenge, I suggest the Chimichanga. Is MASSIVE! They are open 24 hrs.
THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN THE AREA!!! This quick fix Mexican food restaurant is the bomb. All the ingredients are fresh and everything from the tacos, the burritos, and the meals are prepared to perfection. The fiesta burrito was stuffed and large!! Generous portions and great prices. Enjoy bre
Great spot for a midnight snack. Food is consistent, staff is friendly, location is easy to get to.
Super delicious, authentic, and affordable Mexican food! Strongly recommend the tacos and fajita mixta. If you are visiting in the weekend, you can’t miss the menudo (cow stomach soup)! We ended up going again after backpacking in Cirque of the Tower.
I got a carnitas chimichanga. The good: The pork was moist and full of flavor. The tortilla was fried to perfection. It was pretty good. Presentation was nice. The bad: The quacamole was probably some of the worst I've had from any Mexican restaurant. Kinda watery and bland.
