Fantastic location! I love watching a manager work alongside the employees! The manager wasn't dictating. She was "working alongside her team! It's so impressive to watch! The food was great at what appeared to be a newly remodeled facility! It is very nice to look around and see the fresh look and amenities to help and impress the customers! The restaurant was extremely busy, and people were coming and going methodically. Parking was a bit of a challenge with the vehicles lined up in the drive thru and out the entrance! It's still worth the visit! The facility was clean and spacious! Gotta stop here. You won't regret it!
Very busy Wendy's at Lunch time. Lines both inside and at the drive-thru. And had a trainee taking orders. Despite that the service was great. They were fast, and the order was just as we asked. Great tasting Big Bacon, Asiago Chicken Club, JBC, Son of Baconator, and kids meal. And as usual, the fries were excellent! Nice work Wendy's!
The experience ended up fine, but I had to go up to get the butter and sour cream that should have come with my baked potato. I also had to ask for utensils -- they didn't arrive on my tray. The food was just as good as I expected. I took my frosty with me to eat on my way. (Thank goodness I thought to get a spoon before I left, because it also didn't derive with any way to eat it.)
I never leave reviews for fast food places but this Wendy’s was exceptional. I brought my basketball team of 10 girls today as well as 3 coaches and they completed our orders quickly and with precision. There were no delays or errors and the employees were extremely pleasant and friendly. We will definitely be going to this Wendy’s anytime we are in Rock Springs! Thanks! 🍔

She was very busy. The crew performed well. The Daves Double sandwich was very good. The small fries were just right. Dave Thomas would have been proud.
They were very accommodating! My wife preferred chili to chicken tenders as a side, and they switched it out for her. Nice!

Loved the pink petunias outside in your 2 half barrels and full barrel with petunias cascading down. I had planned to get a photo. Hope someone does.

This is the cleanest Wendy's I've ever been to. Very impressed and the bathrooms were so clean. Food was great and service was great
The Food has always been good but the prices are starting to get out of hand. 2 people will have a hard time eating lunch here for less than $25. I understand that they are paying more so the customers have to pay more but come on.
