We had chili lime mesquite pork tenderloin from Story's tonight and they were amazing!!! We have never had anything from there that wasn't!
I bought 2 delmonicos and they were tender and delicious. The best I've ever had!

I'm not entirely sure what it is they do different, but I've come to guesstimate it boils down to expert butchering and the form of the cuts. I'm almost hesitant to post this, as I don't want a "run" on the sizzlers. Sizzler is kind of a Midwestern term for a bottom sirloin or ball tip... And omg these are amazing! They almost look like whole venison tenderloins, and when you cut them, inherently they must be cut across the muscle fiber. It's heaven. No gristle, little visible fat... It's almost like a tenderloin at at great price. I don't know WTF Meijer et al is doing wrong, but in their never ending attempt to save a nickel, they've ruined the beauty of this beef cut. Visit Story's and open a new chapter on this summer's grilling!

Wow!! I cannot believe up until recently I had never heard of this place. I am a chef and for years I have lived off and on in the area. Sort of saddened that I missed out on this superb market for so long. The first time I purchased anything from Story's it was a beef filet which was outstanding. They trimmed and tied it perfectly. It was so beautiful I almost didn't want to cook it. Recently I was in the Cedar Springs area and I mentioned the place to my husband and he decided we should stop in. We grabbed a couple things but I really want to mention the incredible thick cut marinated pork steaks they had on special. $3.29/lb I would have paid $12/lb they were that good. I cooked them on the grill with indirect heat and they were tender, juicy and the flavor was 5 star. They just melted in your mouth. High 5's to Story's. Keep up the great work and I will be sure to be visiting more often. Too bad you don't deliver to White Cloud. Oh and to mention you carry Boar's Head meats!! The Best!!!
Excellent fresh meat. If you're looking for a certain cut that is not in the case he will cut one for you. They serve many variety of sandwiches and cold salads among everything else. The ice cream is so good. Great selection of cheeses, jerky, and meat sticks. Employees are very helpful. Prices are high but you get what you pay for.
Best butcher in town! Always friendly service. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Their premade salads, dips, and spreads are delicious. Their Friday ribs are the best I’ve ever had.
Always a quality cut of meat. Pork belly and whole New York strips are my go to here.
I go there for their dips but everything else is really good too

This place is absolutely fantastic 👏!!! Their sandwiches are so delicious!!! I always get the hog wild sandwich on sourdough bread and my boyfriend gets a build your own. They have a fresh deli, everything cut fresh right there, cheese and all! They have a little grocery store type in there as well with all sorts of goodies! I bought their spicy feta dip from the deli last time and it was to die for delicious! Check this place out!!

I go to Story's for lunch whenever I can catch a few minutes away from the office. Some of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Their cuts of meat are top quality and some of the best I ever had also. Not only is the food absolutely top notch but the customer service is amazing also. One of my all time favorites! I worked here for a short time. Unfortunately a back issue and family issues caused me to have to quit, but Lee and the staff were amazing and the meat and other food is always of the best quality. Their sandwiches are the best within a 40 mile radius in my opinion. Keeps us coming back. Thanks Lee for your continued work in excellence!
I stopped into story’s on Christmas Eve for the first time ever , even though I’ve lived 3 miles away my whole life. I ended up buying the teriyaki cheese beef jerky, sausage and bacon ground together , and smoked chicken dip. My breakfast casserole turned out the best batch ever that I’ve made for Christmas. The jerky I ate almost the whole pack in 1 day and the smoked chicken dip is AMAZING! I will definitely be back. The meat is excellent quality and it’s a cute little meat store.
