My 15 month old and I live this place! Hands down, best frozen yogurt shop around.
I love this place. Lots of yogurt flavors including some non fat and low fat and lots of toppings to choose from. I wish they had a bowl a little smaller than the smallest size. I get carried away and take more than I really need. And itβs a little pricey.
Great atmosphere! The swings in the front window, high ceilings, rustic decor, all add to the unique experience a Pump House dessert stop brings. Excellent selection, and a really neat concept, having the customer make his own, then charging by weight. Recommended highly!!

Great selection of flavors and toppings along with an amazing upbeat atmosphere makes this place a must stop for an after dinner or evening stroll through town dessert! Even got to meet the owners! I know I'll be frequenting often for a post bike ride refreshment!

I sampled the s'more froyo and the peanut butter cup froyo and both were delicious! I ended up going with the peanut butter cup and made a yummy peanut butter and chocolate concoction, topped with a Swiss cake roll...it was SOOO good! The toppings bar has everything you could think of...from your typical toppings, like peanuts and candy bars, to some very unique ones, like fortune cookies and gummi green army men.
The interior decor/design looks fantastic and is very inviting. I love the built in round booth, the long farm table, and the swings in the front windows!
I can't wait to go back for some more froyo!

Liquid Gold, imagine fireworks in your mouth! A nice treat we do once a year. Would go way more often if not $9+ per person.
We love coming here for alllll the toppings. My toddler really enjoys picking what we put on our ice cream! They have a nice hangout atmosphere where we usually stay and color with the kids for a bit while enjoying out treats.
Stopped in for a Cinco de Mayo treat. First time. Excellent selection of frozen yogurts with many delicious, but unexpected toppings (think Froot Loops, Pocky, etc). A bit pricey (4 of us with smaller cups came to over $40), but given the fun atmosphere, board games and drawing paper with crayons set out for added fun, it seems a good place to get some friends together and have a time of good, clean fun.
It was pretty tasty I think I got strawberry shortcake flavor. Lots of toppings like thin mint cookies there were also some cashews and some waffle things like you would get on icecream. So it was good.
Out of all of the Pump House locations, this is our favorite. We love Rockford but their selection of toppings seems to be better than other locations. The staff is always friendly and we enjoy our visits here. Worth checking out

We love this place. It's open year round, the staff are always friendly and it's really clean. There are lots of ice cream options in Rockford but only one Pump House. Can't wait to return!

Walking in to The Pump House was so warm and welcoming. Staff came from the back and greeted us right away. Everything was well stocked and very clean. No crumbs or spills anywhere on the topping station, spoons weren't a sticky mess, and the froyo dispensers were just as clean! I don't have one single negative about this place. The flavor of the froyo was great. Perfectly sweet and not overwhelming. Another plus is the froyo didn't melt in 30 seconds like other places I have tried. 10/10 would recommend! Will definitely be back.
Pros: Decent selection of frozen yogurt choices. Large selection of toppings laid out in a salad bar style. Friendly staff.
Cons: It can get pricey.
So many options for choices this is such a neat fro yo place im not even a huge fan of fro yo but the toppings made it cool especially the warm cookie
