Have been loyal customers for a while now, and there is much to love. Great food; good (and reasonably priced) beer, wine, and spirits; and a staff that works overtime to make sure folks leave happy. Cannot recommend it enough. And if you can’t get in for dinner, their lunch and bar menus do not disappoint.

Visited last night for dinner and sat at the bar, I had the Pastrami Reuben and a glass of Imagery Cabernet and both were fantastic, the staff are killer and the place is really nice, just a had a really good time and I would tell anyone who likes great wine, beer, food and service to visit this place, I will be back for sure

This is one of those hidden gems that you come across and keep going back to. The food is amazing and the service is top notch. If you want to get the full experience, sit at the counter and watch the chefs work. That by itself is worth the reservation.

First Visit after being told for a long time to try it. Sat at the end of the bar, best seat we could have taken. We were able to watch all the food prep and cooking. Amazing knife skills by the young lady, worked fast, exuded confidence, prepped, grilled, assembled, she was just amazing. Beer Battered French Fries with Pesto & Shredded Swiss, just great flavors. Wife had a Ham & ? sandwich, very good, soft roll, everything fresh, came with two big slices of dill pickle which I grabbed, so tasty. I had the Pork Tacos (2) great surprise bursting with all kinds of different flavors, really refreshing. Both meals were so big we took a half of sandwich and a taco home which made dinner. Which is good since we had to spread the cost ($70+) of lunch around. I also enjoyed an IPA, believe it was the Auburn FunBus and it was great, actually had two. Wife's wine was okay but at $13 she expected something a little more tasty. Verdict? We can't wait to visit again, this time we may stick to Ice Tea & Soda

From the moment we arrived, The Chef's Table's hospitality is hard to reckon with.. Top notch.. 2 Michelin stars..Craft cocktail's and excellent choices for craft beer is hard to beat. We sat at the counter for dinner and the experience is worth the price of admission. Appetizer's then the main course, the chef's know what the are doing..Our family ate, NY steak, Mary's fried chicken, a 6" high hamburger and pork chop. No one left hungry. Bacon brownie with ice cream to top it off. Smiles on everyone, can't wait to go back :)

A hidden treasure which isn’t so hidden anymore! The Chef’s Table is our favorite place to go! The staff is super friendly and Erick and Jon always make you feel welcomed, making sure you are well taken care of. Thank you guys for being what you are...amazing!!

Every time we come here, it gets better and better. It never disappoints. From the first class service and friendliness, to the beer batter pesto fries, the the Peanut butter and jelly bacon cheeseburger! It gets me every time!

As usual we started with the pesto fries, fabulous as always!! We both ordered the peach burger (not the official name) and watched her put together our burgers like art!! They were so big!! My burger was perfect!!! We finished off our lunch with the bacon brownie!! Save room for the brownie!!

Great place to have dinner. I ordered the burger that came with caramelized peach- o man that’s a must have with the cheesy pesto fries �. Do yourself a favor and check the place out, you’ll thank me.

Took a customer as well as my manager & regional manager here today for lunch. We all had the PB&J sriracha bacon cheeseburger and it was INCREDIBLE!!!! To go along with that, we enjoyed the pesto fries which were also to die for!! Great service, great food & great company....what more could you want!!

Absolutely fantastic first experience. Great cocktails, beer list (24 on tap), food and service. We tried the cheese board (charcuterie), stuffed avocado, pesto fries, heirloom caprese salad, summer veggie pasta, and Cajun rubbed pork loin. All were excellent, and we’d order them all again— just maybe not all at once!

If you’re into beer, this is a great spot. Everything is craft (unless the Goose Island acquisition offends you) and widely varied. I loved both Fieldwork IPAs.

This place has all the qualities of fine dining without the stuffiness or pretension.

Great food! Make reservations. We got the chili and a cheese plate. Both very flavorful. We were not disappointed. Staff was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We had a great time. And they have their liquor license now so they will be expanding the restaurant shortly to have full bar and more seating.

I went there tonight with my Grandmother on her birthday, as well as my mom, brother, aunt uncle, and grandpa. The food was all excellent; I had a salad with almonds and apples, and they were very willing to make all of the changes to the dish I requested. We started off, with the pesto French-fries, of coarse, which they were famous for: DELICIOUS! We ended the meal with pies, cherry for myself, probably the best I've ever had, and the others had strawberry/rhubarb. There was a professional D.J., who plays every other Saturday, with real records packed with classic oldies. A great crowd, too. The service was excellent, friendly, and the whole place just had wonderful ambiance. We will eat there again

Mother and daughter + bacon and chocolate. My daughter and I dined here fir the 1st time last weekend on our girls night out. Fantastic service from the minute we walked in the door. The pesto fries were ordered as a recommendation by friends but all I needed was the shrimp and grits! Daughter had crab cakes on arugula. Great wine poured like a glass of wine should be. Plus the ending with the bacon brownie sundae! Thank you Chefs and staff!

PHENOMENAL. My girlfriend and I are going to make coming to this restaurant a weekly event!! Not only are Chef Dave, Chef Mikey, and Braum, etc.. personable, down-to-earth, cool guys, but their culinary creations are original, fresh and innovative!!! Local ingredients are used in a weekly changing menu that keeps things fun and provocative. If the mac n' cheese with jalapeño fondue is on the menu, it would be sacrilege not to order it!!! One of the greatest dining experiences in the tri-state area!!!

Found this GEM for a date night before a concert at Thunder Valley Casino. WOW. PHENOMENAL. INCREDIBLE. DELICIOUS. We showed up just in time and were able to get seated immediately, but very shortly after we were seated, a wait list was formed of 30-45 minutes. It's absolutely worth the wait! We had the pesto fries and Brussel sprouts for apps, both incredibly delicious. I had the filet, and my wife had a pumpkin risotto with prawns. Again, wow! Both PHENOMENAL! Local beers on tap were a nice cap, and being able to taste a little tester of one we were unsure on was a nice plus. Our waiter was attentive even in an incredibly busy environment pre concert. Two other people also checked in on us at various times. Our food came out correctly and in a timely manner. This place is approximately 2 hours from my home, and I will definitely be back. I can't not recommend enough. Food, service, and atmosphere all get 10 stars.

My husband and I decided to check this place out on our way home and I'm so glad we did. The food and service were both fantastic. They also have a great selection of beers on tap and some delicious seasonal cocktails. My favorites were the Reuben egg rolls and the French dip sandwich. The bacon brownie was very bacon-y (which we enjoyed) and the bread pudding was wetter than expected but had great flavor. The menu changes frequently and we can't wait for our next visit!

Update 07/20/23 - went back and again had an outstanding time. Great service, creative and tasty food, good music. Besides grabbing the Reuben-style egg rolls again, this time we snagged their sugar rimmed cocktail "White Peach Bliss". Perfect balance of flavors — easy to order a few of these. Also tried their "Peach & Plum Corn Shortbread" with ice cream for dessert. So good...highly recommend. Previous review: Went in for lunch and had a great time. Good music, super friendly staff (even the staff that were not our server asked how we are doing and checked on food/beverages), and plate lickingly good food. I could eat a whole plate of those Reuben-styled eggrolls and the hamburger with a slice of brie and the bacon/fig/red onion jam is one of the best I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Pair that up with the Mumbo Jumbo IPA and it was a very good day. Absolutely going back.

Completely and utterly amazing! The staff addressed us as friends and had a great sense of humor. The person that appeared to be the owner/person in charge was very involved and was a waiter for the night and seemed professional and nice to his employees. My wife and I shared the peanut butter and jelly hamburger off of the secret menu and had a side of their famous pesto fries. My wife also got the Hawaiian Mule and was blown away by how vivid the flavor was! I know that we will both be craving it all the way from Grass Valley. This will definitely be our date night spot because of how welcomed we felt! They handled the people waiting in a very timely manner and there was an EXTREMELY long line.

It was our first time at The Chef’s Table… and what a little gem of a place. We had the Reuben rolls for an app, and it did not disappoint. Very good! For dinner we had the Shrimp Curry and Butternut Squash Risotto. The curry was a fantastic choice, I would highly recommend. The risotto was on the bland side, but overall it was good. The service was outstanding, very attentive and friendly. Kudos to the management for running a tight ship and cheers to the staff for an awesome job!

I've been here a couple times and I can say they are pretty consistent whether sitting at the bar or a table. Food is fresh with flavor and the beer recommendations were great. I had the stuffed avocado and salmon appetizers which were both good especially the avocado. The Salmon was served with a hair on the plate clearly not my own but it was removed and replaced with no issue which was good. I also had the grilled Piedmontese filet with potatos and asparagus which was absolutely delicious! My filet was cooked just as I ordered it and the sides with sauces garnishes were paired so well. The restaurant was very busy but organized and handled very well. Wait times were reasonable and service was good. I recommend eating here if you want a good experience with great food and huge beer/drink selection. Restaurant including restroom was clean and operational and staff is engaging.

My son picked out this restaurant, and I think he did a great job. I wasn't expecting the atmosphere; it's more of a bar feel with a few tables along the sides, but aside from that, the experience was amazing and we'll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. I ordered the short rib and my son ordered shrimp and grits and the pesto fries. He's a little picky but he thoroughly enjoyed everything! We "shared" the brownie dessert, but next time, I'm definitely getting my own because my child is very greedy. Staff was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!!

Amazing food. Amazing beer and amazing service. We got lucky to get in at an off hour and avoid the long wait time. But it would totally be worth it. Our server Brahm was A1 and brought me some of the chef’s secret scorpion pepper hot sauce with my risotto. Don’t forget to try the pesto fries. An all time favorite!

Awesome. Super busy on weekends but worth the wait. Not sure if can stop by and get your name on the list right when you open. Food was amazing. Top notch and attention to detail here for sure. It's finally nice to get some top notch food around here it's been a long time. Keep up the good work.
