Love this spot , whenever I'm in rocklin it's a must . Great place for a big meal with the family . Friendly staff and worth the wait . Good size portions. Come hungry and leave full
Went for Valentines day dinner. Sat at the bar. Litterally waited 5 minutes to sit. Dude behind the bar was fast and constantly asking if we were good or needed anything. Food came quickly and was amazeballs. I have already recomended this place to people and will most assuredly be back.
I went here with a large Wedding Party for a rehersal Dinner and I have never had such great home style BBQ with a friendly and attentive staff. My grandmother use to make some of the foods that we had and I felt like I was back home at Grandmas house for a summertime cookout.
I am from the midwest with southern roots and have eaten southern style food my whole life. This is the closest I ever came to a restaurant barbeque that tastes authentic! All the way down to the sweet tea! Told my wife the biscuits tasted just like what my grandma used to make from homemade! We definitely will be returning!

Had beef ribs yesterday and they were some of the best I’ve had in a long time! Going back tonight and having boneless fried chicken mashed potatoes and gravy.
We used to go here all the time. The last couple years we eat here much less. I had a nice lunch with a friend today. We both had sandwiches. Food was good but i was reminded why we stopped coming. They dropped several menu items my wife and I liked such as burnt ends, side salads and baked potatoes. It might sound strange but I like my dinners with both. Having a lunch sandwich is fine but dinner without those items isn't. Also, they have raised their prices a lot. A sandwich with one side is now over 20 with tip.
This is a cool place. Kinda old-school vibe. Their biscuits are amazing. Had a pulled pork sandwich with fries and a drink. Was like 15 dollars in the lunch menu. Employees are very nice and friendly. They made sure we was taken care of. Nice place for a dinner date. Or take the family
The food was delicious and the service was very friendly and very fast. It was the first time my son and I went. We will surely return. 100% recommended.
Much better than last time. Went in here with a few guys on a Thursday night. I ordered bacon Mac n cheese and brisket pork ends. Was very good creamy Mac and soft tender a bit crispy pork. Last time I had Nashville chicken sandwich and it was a flop so this was a great turnaround. Ashley helped us out was very friendly. Overall not too noisy and soft ambient atmosphere. Would recommend.
Just had our Northern California Standard Schnauzer Club annual Christmas party here. So pleased, Barbecue was great, nice and hot, sides included Barbecue beans, potato salad, steamed vegetables, green salad with dressing choice. Service was friendly and prompt, everyone was wonderful. Our server Taylor was so good to us and should be applauded. Large parties can be tough, but we were well treated and felt valued. Would have our party again next year, and would recommend this store to anyone. I am our clubs President.
Really good waiter for such a busy Father's Day. I always get the beef ribs and they are always great. My daughter likes to mix the kids cheese pizza with fresh watermelon. The brisket sandwich is pretty good and you can find fried okra there which is cool.
I am not much for BBQ. However, I loved everything about our visit. All the meat was fork tender with tons of flavor. Enthusiastic friendly servers as well. I will definitely go back.
The fried chicken with gravy is to die for. The cornbread pudding left a lot to be desired, which was a bummer since it's considered a 'premium' side dish and costs $1.99 extra to add to your meal. The seasonal veggies consisted of carrots, green beans, and corn. I'm not sure what seasoning they use, but it was quite spicy (just the way I like it!) The service was fast and friendly. I will return to this location.
Always love eating here, it's a real treat for a guy from the UK, peach sidewalk lemonade is the way to go, and the biscuits and apple butter always go down fast!
We loved it. I ordered the fried green tomatoes with the burnt ends, and it was fantastic! The ribs and salmon were great. Our server Christian was awesome. The loaded mashed potatoes were so good. The atmosphere was fun. We weren't sure what to expect after reading some reviews but we were very satisfied!
Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que is fantasic! The meat was well cooked and the atmosphere was great. I ordered the 3 meat combo: pulled chicken, pulled pork, and burnt ends. I had a side of cole slaw and baked beans. The pumpkin mousse dessert was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal. The service was also great, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back!
First time trying Lucille’s BBQ and it didn’t disappoint! Awesome service with awesome food! The biscuits with apple butter was delicious! I tried a TRI TIP SALAD WHICH COMES WITH Slow-smoked tri tip, hand-carved to order and served on a bed of mixed field greens with tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, red and yellow peppers, and avocado, tossed in our tomato vinaigrette dressing.
