Honestly all you can say about a Mongolian BBQ is that if don't like it, you can only blame yourself. My comment is about the mgr/owner. He regularly (I've been there five or six times) scolds and yells at the staff. I'd work for him for about ten minutes before I'd lay him out with a right hook. Kind of makes for a less than relaxing experience.

Decent feed at a decent price. It doesn't compare to some of the places in the Wash DC area, but.....you know?!

This place is great. The service here is phenomenal, the staff are super nice, and are super high energy. The food here is amazing, it was all high quality, and tasted great. If you can’t handle super spicy food, then tell them that. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Typical Mongolian food restaurant but excellent quality food. Lines can be long and move slowly but it's worth the wait. Food selection is very good and you get to build your own plate/bowl. The best part is the array of sauces. From mild to spicy and very hot everybody's taste can be accommodated.

My visit here today was nice, the food delicious but when your preparing the bowl a few of the meats ran very low. I was surprised it took 8 people piled up behind me before someone grabbed the container from the refrigerator in the back that has the circle cut meats, the front one has the noodles and vegetables(but it looks like it needs some serious service, some of the protective panels have been removed). The two ladies cooking the food were doing a great job but periodically one has to stop so they can sweep and clean the preping area of the lane and also wife the sauce area because they get messy really quick. The owner gentleman was extremely nice but seemed to be everywhere running bowls out with the persons cooked food, making fountain drinks, getting side orders ordered and seating people lastly he was also doing table conversion.. definitely a lot of people doing a lot to keep everything going smoothly. The decor is very dated, carpet very old, individual chairs lots of holes and fraying of material, booths most of the vinyl bench seats are good but need to be cleaned/sanitized/repaired. The tile and grout definitely needs more than a basic mop.. I saw they had Sizzle Mongolian BBQ shirts for sale but not one employee had anything that said "I work here at blank" each person had there own style which didn't show unity, or a uniform,no name tags or hair nets as well.. Overall the place is great definitely 4 stars but when down time permits or is available it needs to used for repairing cleaning and sanitation. As much as I love the idea of passing on a legacy it should be done correctly and children around extremely hot cookware is not safe, but Thank you for a nice visit definitely worth the money!

Food is amazing! Great portion for price! It comes with soup and rice. Their egg drop soup is the best I have ever had. (And I eat it a lot)

This is our favorite Mongolian BBQ place! They have the best noodles and sauces available. And the owner is super engaging and fun. Expect a wait, but it's worth it. Highly recommend you try them out!

Great selection of meats and produce that is clearly fresh. Soup, rice, egg roll and wontons included with dinner are awesome. Best Mongolian in Roseville. **UPDATE** Ditto. Lol, not exactly. However, Sizzle is still awesome! The food is still consistently good. The interior is in desperate need of some TLC, but the food speaks for itself and makes this place an easy 5 stars. All of the ingredients are fresh and the sauces are perfect. You can choose between thick or thin noodles which is awesome. Each meal comes with your choice of fried or white rice, hot and sour or egg flower soup, - fried spring roll, fried wonton, and a side of sweet and sour sauce. I always get the fried rice and the hot and sour soup is so awesome. If you’re lucky, you also get to interact with the owner Charlie. He’s such an awesome guy and is so nice. He genuinely cares and wants you to enjoy your visit. He’ll also crack some fun jokes here and there!

Literally the best Mongolian in Rocklin, Roseville, and Sacramento combined! The food is fresh and delicious! Egg flower soup is absolutely incredible. The staff and owner are always there for you and take care of you so well and make sure you leave happy. I come here at least once a week now and I'm in love with this place every time.

This place was extremely delicious. It's my first time in California and our friend brought us here and was well worth it. They have really good flavors and the food will definitely fill you up. The only issue I had was I was the only vegetarian and the rice they give you on the side has a chicken base as well as the egg rolls they give you. So just be careful here if you do not eat meat. My friends who has the meat loved their dishes also. It's like a buffet style and they also give free refills as well as the people working were extremely nice and came and refilled our waters and soda everytime it was low. :)

Great food. The owner was there and is amazing at his recall. Between knowing all the regulars to remembering everyone's orders while doing other things. Food was great (love their hotvand sour soup). Glasses never got low and the veggies were extra fresh, plenty of meat on hand, and all kinds of add ons available.

This place is awesome. Best Mongolian in town. Lunch is $13.95 11-2:30 dinner $15.95 4:30-8:30. $6.95 for kids. They have four different types of meat; Lamb, Beef, Pork and chicken. The line does move kind of slow and the owner can be rude. It also does get messy, where one veggie gets mixed with another, because of how close all the veggies are. Still the food is amazing.

This is my favorite Mongolian BBQ restaurant I've been to! It is so delicious. I love to get noodles with lots of veggies and teriyaki sauce. The line can get really long at dinner time, so go early to avoid a wait. The owner is super friendly and nice.

Really great eats! We got there about 5 minutes before they closed. But we're served a delicious meal. Oh, note to self. If you don't like spicy, avoid going behind someone who does on the grill, or you'll get it spicier.

Best Mongolian in all of Placer County hands down, however the prices have jumped 3 - 5 dollars a bowl for lunch and dinner recently. This will cause fewer guests in the end. Yes this place has a line at lunch, and I've watched several times the line die down a lot quicker than usual. Recommendation- keep your prices down Sizzle.
