First time. Stopped by for a sandwich and coffee. This is very nice. Interactive with customers and passion for his place. I will be going again.
Yesterday was the first time to this eatery! The ladies behind the counter were top notch in customer service. I ordered an Asian chicken salad wrap and did not realize there would be peanuts. Anyway I took it back up and she made me a knew one same thing just no peanuts and the dill sauce with it was amazing. I did buy the second wrap again, though I think they would have changed it out without a problem. I was giving the other one to my other daughter that was coming to meet us there so we could give her bday gifts.
We also had a book club meeting in the back room after my other daughter left and our book club friends were all there! Everyone seemed to enjoy their food and the Thai iced tea is the bomb if you are ok with sweet. The flavor was awesome and I had mine with almond milk instead of regular milk.

Update: they are open for dine-in as of 9/15 and even have a few shady tables outside.
Have been going here for 20+ years. It’s basically still the same. Fresh, cute little menu. Ask for a side of creamy dill dressing to dip your sliced baguette in.
They’ve had this cash register as long as I can remember 😀
The sandwiches are always spot on! I always get the California turkey club and my fiance gets the turkey sandwich on the baguette. You have to get the baguette and dill sauce

I love the people here. Good service and always get it right. I never have to question if I got what I paid for.
Staff are friendly, great with the kids, and the food is fresh! This place is best for a leisurely lunch, not if you're on a tight timeline. It's a little pricey (one lg. mocha, one smoothie, 2 sandwiches on croissant, and one lg salad was $33).
The dill dressing on a spinach salad is addictive. I also have friends who just dip baguette in it and call it lunch. La Bou in general is somewhat pricey, but the food is good... baked goodies included.
The ladies here in the Rocklin location are very sweet. They remember all their regular clients and what they usually order. They have been here for years and make this place the Cheers of bakeries.
best hidden gemRocklin. Staffs are very friendly and they serve a wide variety of foods. I go there for morning coffee to post-workout dinner. Pastries are extremely underrated. All pastries are fresh baked and sell for under $5 which is a price point that is unmatched around town.
Their food is soo good!! Egg, ham and cheese breakfast croissants, Sliced baguette with dill dip, Turkey croissants, are all amazing! Been eating here for over 10 years and the quality has never changed. My favorite place for breakfast or lunch!
This is by far my favorite la bou location, la bou is really good in general but the service and the dill dressing here are the best. The food is so good. My favorite is the la bou chicken salad with dill dressing substitute, killer! They are the same ladies that have been working there for the last fifteen years I have gone, so sweet so helpful and they remember you! Love this place.

Very cozy and welcoming place. I have been coming here off and on for a while and no matter how many months pass by they still remember me and my usual order Everytime. Last time I went I was complimented on my recent weight loss which was a huge boost to my confidence for the day!
Food is always good, and to my surprise my delivery orders have been extremely accurate! Love their La Bou Chicken Salad!
