Excellent customer service from Ernesto and the male manager. The male manager was teaching Ernesto great customer. I have not since this excellence in years. The manager should train everyone and every store like this. The food was fresh and hot. Thank you very much.

Just went through the drive theu after a stressful day of study. I havent been in this location in years. Gavin was the employee working there and gave excellent hospitality and customer service. I got the famous star and the spicy chicken. He said he put a fresh spicy chicken down and the spicy chicken was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Delicious sandwich and the burger was well made too. Great experience, good job carls jr team👍

Our visit here today was great no issues, the food we ordered was delicious and looked as close to the menu picture as possible which is always appreciated!
Overall the location looked great and it was a nice to relax and sit down and eat plus the temperature inside was great because it was feeling like 95° degrees outside..

The young man working on the counter brought our food to the table you are doing amazing. I didn't expect our food brought to us as we were waiting for our order number. I heard him saying that he is dealing with some issues about his kids health. I wish you and your family best of health. You were polite and seems like you have made personal connections with your customers. Great job. This particular Carls Jr is in Rocklin, CA and I couldn't help but notice how everything about it was great. Food was hot, service was perfect. Lady in drive thru seemed to be a genuine person
Best fast food staff I've ever seen! These guys are amazing! Everytime I go here, the staff is quick, they are professional and very friendly. I watched one of the workers run after a car because the customer forgot their credit card in the store. If that's not great customer service then I don't know what is. I wish the store was still open inside so I could go in and thank them personally. But I'll just have to say thank you one person at a time through the drive through window. Everytime I go to this store they impress me more and more! Keep up the great work guys! You guys all deserve a raise for how well you treat your customers!
