Sandwiches were amazing! 4 more than fed our family of 5 adults. Loved the special and the Brie & fig. It was not very crowded when we were there but it took nearly 30 min to get the 4 sandwiches so plan accordingly, it's worth it. (Thanks owner, for the reply)

Great spot for a simple, well-priced lobster roll. High quantity of lobster per roll, served either hot or cold. Nice patio seating too.

Stopped by Rockport on our way to Portland and had a lobster roll here. It was delicious! Large, perfectly cooked chunks of lobster meat on a warm, buttery roll. Ate outside at a nice little table. We are from Indiana, so not a lot of lobster roll experience- but we travel a lot and know good food!

As someone who's suffered from Celiac Disease, I've never before been able to eat a Lobster Roll. Oh sure, it isn't too hard to imagine the taste, lobster in a hot dog bun. The lobster roll is fantastic ! It was overflowing and delicious. I was sitting with a young couple who felt the same way! It was my first lobster for the season. I will definitely be back.

The owner is pleasant and patient with new guests learning the menu. The Boom chicka boom sandwich was amazing. Will be returning soon to try something new.
