The fried chicken is amazing. I liked the CPC better than the original it has a nice savory flavor to it. And the wings were amazing !!! ❗️must try the homemade tots they’re delicious. I wasn’t crazy about the baked cheesy corn it was a little too watery for my liking.

Let's start with the staff. Very friendly, stopped by the table many times to clear dishes and check if we needed anything. Started with the fried pickles, cheesy corn, candied bacon and disco tots. The food was great! Highlights were the candied bacon (loved the dipping sauce!) and the Mac and cheese! The atmosphere was really nice and service was super attentive. Definitely recommend you stop here for lunch or dinner!
Just went there are lunch today. Food was timely and very tasty. Will make this one of my regular spot for lunch. The collard greens were very good (my family is from South Carolina, so am a good judge of collard greens) and my colleague loved the Turkey Meatloaf.

UPDATING MY REVIEW!! I left the not-so-flattering review below about 3 weeks ago. Based on the very nice response from the owner/management I decided to try Copper Pot again. I'm glad I did: the server was attentive and engaging and the food was great - I had the superfood salad and the chicken pot

A great new addition to Rockville Centre and the Long Island restaurant scene. Some thing for all of your cravings. Fried chicken, cheesy corn and chicken pot pie are must trys! Friendly service and the whole place is decorated very well. Can't wait to go back and try some more dishes.
Bacon candy is a must. I never thought I would enjoy pickle chips until I tried them. The biscuits and maple butter are pretty good too. Very quiet and casual place.
