The employees here are great and customer friendly! I have dealt with many different employees here and all of them have been nice and courteous to me. Whoever trained them did a good job or they maybe inheritably nice, which is also cool. Will keep going and enjoying this place.

What I love about this place is the service, it is very good and fast. The staff is competent and do there work. Always clean, good fast food at a good price. The people who work here are always friendly and the food is always consistent. The restrooms are usually clean and there's plenty of parking. the line can get pretty long but they're very good expediting the orders.

On a Thursday morning, this Panera Bread located in Federal Plaza was busy but not super busy. The line was short and the wait time was no more than five minutes. The dining area was spacious, mostly two-person tables. Despite all the furniture, it was a great place to host a meet and greet event. I
Food is always great and affordable price to match. My only issue is the staff. Some Are friendly and some obviously dont to work. No priority on customer's orders. Also, teammates often engage in conversations while ignoring customers.
