I have been enjoying the Unlimited Sip Club for many months. It is easy and convenient to place a drink order on mobile in advance. The drink would be ready for pickup within about ten minutes. The Mango Yuzu Citrus Lemonade Charged with Caffeine was great since it was introduced last year. I like no ice in it over winter months.
The employees here are great and customer friendly! I have dealt with many different employees here and all of them have been nice and courteous to me. Whoever trained them did a good job or they maybe inheritably nice, which is also cool. Will keep going and enjoying this place.
I came in later in the evening to get my favorite sandwich and a cookie. I knew they were stressed and understaffed and trying to close within the next couple hours but my sandwich was still made with as much love as a food service employee can physically put into a sandwich. That meal made me feel things again. I felt like that scene in Ratatouille where the food critic gets a whole flashback to his childhood after trying the food. Thank you guys for doing what you do so well!
What I love about this place is the service, it is very good and fast. The staff is competent and do there work. I enkoyed watching some older staff working and helping out, keeping the place clean, though I feel they were managers or owners (Which is great they work the floor with staff if am right).
Broccoli and Cheddar: I always order the exact some thing every time I come here. The best part is that I got a complete fresh batch of it! Straight out the bag! I wish I can just buy that bag and go home. Always good and consistant. It tastes exactly like its name, perfect~
Nice place to come for some gru. and maybe lounge around and chat with friends or have meetings.
Always clean, good fast food at a good price. The people who work here are always friendly and the food is always consistent. The restrooms are usually clean and there's plenty of parking. the line can get pretty long but they're very good expediting the orders.
It was a good salad. I wish they had to tie chicken spicy time but they don’t.
Delicious fresh food, prompt service. Bathroom needs attention more often than it is receiving. Often it appears staff is taking telephone break in the large stall.
Fast service. Very friendly staffs. If you don’t know what to order. Just ask their recommendations and trust me you won’t be disappointed. Very clean tables. A lot of seats. Food is awesome!!! Always fresh
I really enjoyed eating at this Panera bread. It was very clean on the inside of the establishment. Very nice outside area. The food was made pretty darn quickly and it was tasty. The bathrooms were fairly clean. The lady who took my order was nice and had a smile. All in all I like my experience here.
On a Thursday morning, this Panera Bread located in Federal Plaza was busy but not super busy. The line was short and the wait time was no more than five minutes. The dining area was spacious, mostly two-person tables. Despite all the furniture, it was a great place to host a meet and greet event. I enjoyed a Cranberry Orange Muffin and a Chai Tea Latte. I liked how the muffin had a light sugar coat, fresh, and not too sweet. The Chai Tea Latte was more spiced than I had liked it but still tasted great.
Food is always great and affordable price to match. My only issue is the staff. Some Are friendly and some obviously dont to work. No priority on customer's orders. Also, teammates often engage in conversations while ignoring customers.
