Dine in review for 3 people. Food came out quickly and hot. Delicious dumplings as always, and appreciate that the sauces are at each table to make your own dipping sauce. We ordered take out as well and that was brought tableside at the right time.

I read a number of reviews of China Bistro. The main reactions seem to be from dumpling lovers. Other menu options do not seem to be reviewed much. I did not order dumplings. I ordered the Crispy Beef and Hot and Sour soup. The soup was tasty. For $2.50, I expected a little more. The Crispy Beef was good, but the portion seemed small for $14.95 as compared to other local places for the same dish.

Delicious dumplings...we tried the Mama's and the Shrimp dumplings...loved the Mama's. Also tried Scallion Pancakes and Black Pepper Beef, both were good. Service was friendly. Both orders of Dumplings were huge...I think 10 dumplings each...

I absolutely love China Bistro. I have been frequenting them for several years. They have fantastic handmade dumplings that can be ordered uncooked, steamed or pan-fried for an extra $1. Their noodle soups, cold noodles and salad dishes are all fantastic. But very often they can get heavy handed on the salt. My favorite dumpling flavors are the fish & cilantro, shrimp & chive and Mama's Special. I wish they had more protein variations like tofu, chicken or lamb though. Dining in was always a hit or miss, the service isn't always good. But during the pandemic, I've been doing mostly take out which has been easy. Their website prompts you to order through BeyondMenu and it's pretty self explanatory. Prices are super reasonable!

My favorite spot for dumplings. The cilantro fish cannot be beat. The fish is soft but holds its shape, and the cilantro has just the peppery finish you need. Smothered in black vinegar and chili oil and you are in heaven. I have occasionally tried other dishes, but often can’t help but stuff myself with dumplings, leaving no room for exploration. A reviewer here complained about the dumpling shape, but come on. If the shape is bothering you enough to not enjoy this magic, then you don’t deserve the bliss. Ever tried to make dumplings? It’s hard. and much more important than shape is wrap to filling ratio, dough consistency, and flavor, which Bistro nails. Don’t skip this place.

Just moved to town and were so happy to find excellent homemade dumplings at a good price. Absolutely delicious (we had a variety of pork, shrimp and chicken dumplings), we'll be back for sure.

If you are a fan of Chinese dumplings this restaurant is for you. I have been enjoying their dumplings for a few years now. Generally I'm a vegetarian, but I make an occasional exception for dumplings. I've tried their vegetarian ones and they did not satisfy my dumpling craving at all. My family's favorites are the Mama's dumplings ( shrimp/pork/chicken blend) and the shrimp dumplings. Sometimes they are as juicy as soup dumpling so get ready to slurp! Sometimes I stick with being vegetarian and order a non-dumpling dish such as Salt and Pepper Tofu. We've tried some of the other non-dumpling dishes, but they have been a bit "meh," with oversweet sauces. My advice: stick with the dumplings!

A spacious, cozy, well kept restaurant. The service is fast, the waiters are nice, and there is a well kept restroom. The dumplings and all other food are made on the spot and are fresh, delicious, and authentic. There is free WiFi, just ask the waiters for the password. It was rated as on of the top 50 chinese restaurants in America.

Sweet bustling service and excellent food at this cozy strip mall restaurant. The standouts were salt and pepper tofu, scallion pancakes, and of course dumplings. My large family ate quickly and comfortably with attentive servers bringing us dish after dish. Highly recommended for a weeknight family dinner when it’s too hot or you’re too busy to cook

I have heard this restaurant referred to as Mama's Dumplings, I think because of the special at the top of the dumpling menu. This is a local favorite 'no frills' spot where you come for great authentic Chinese food. They also have western style menu items. Great prices but parking might get tight.

Amazing food! Casual atmosphere. Friendly staff. Feels like you are in a Chinese home and they have invited you in. They served some of the best and most authentic Chinese I've ever had outside of C China. The owner is hilarious and a great host had a wonderful time.

My top menu items after years of eating here- Mama’s special dumplings (pan fried), garlic bokchoi, and lo mein.

I've been going here for years for the dumplings and they are still the best I've ever had. The service is nice and take out is nice and quick. 15 minutes and your dumplings are ready to enjoy!

It was good. Needs a little bit work with the food. You can tell you can tell the soup dumplings were frozen.
