Mobile ordered a lunch sandwich. There were many free parking spaces in that Potomac Woods Plaza. Arrived in about ten minutes. My order was waiting in the mobile pickup box already. There were both indoors and outdoors seating options. The Turkey Provolone and Pesto on Ciabatta was warm as ordered.

The first thing we noticed on our visit was that the door handle was barely hanging on to the door by one screw. The second thing we noticed was that the store was not the cleanest Starbucks location we have visited.
That said, the crew greeted us warmly, took our order quickly and our drinks were up in a jiffy.
Got a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and Lemon Cake! Not sure the name of the guy who made it but it was bomb!! Appreciated that the Lemon Cake was still in a wrapper in the Starbi's bag so I was the one to open it.

Generally I want to give 5 stars to its staff, they are so nice and friendly. However here & there your order wont be as good due to the morning rush hour. So you either will take it and leave or ask staff to remake it but will cost you another 10-15 minutes. Other than that it is typical Starbucks.
I was on my way to the airport and stopped at this Starbucks beforehand, without realizing that I had ordered my coffees to the wrong location! Raquel and Nadia were so kind and helpful- I showed them my order and they immediately rushed to make all three coffees. They were extremely sweet, accommodating, and quick. I made my fight on time and am very grateful that these two made it happen. Shoutout to Raquel and Nadia!
We stop here after PT often. Staff is always nice and coffee is hot! Plenty of parking too.
I have to say I am prejudiced because I am there justs about every day, but this Starbucks excels in every aspect. The baristas make you feel like you are a part of their family, the drinks are made efficiently and are delicious, they seem to be very well organized and it's a happy place to be. I am finally writing this because we were traveling recently and had some unbelievably horrific experiences at a couple of Starbucks on the highway so I wanted to give extra kudos to my favorite Starbucks EVER!
The service was really nice. Other than that, well, it's a Starbucks, so I got a nice overpriced beverage and a lil snack. This one in particular had a really kind and friendly barista on this day at this time in particular and she kinda made my day.
I went there on an event and the staff was really helpful in setting up with us! They helped us get everyone's drinks and everything and were amazing!!!
The staff is very friendly! They greet everyone who comes to the store and have their drinks ready rapidly. Most of the baristas are bilinguals, so if you speak spanish, tagalog, or you have hearing disabilities that shouldn't stop you from coming to this great store because the baristas are well-prepared to help you.
Starbucks is way better than Dunkin even though I drink Dunkin more than Starbucks because they are open 24 hours in the Starbucks has a set time I believe it's from 5 a.m. until 9 p.m. the quality of the coffee is just so much better
I can count on the Baristas here to make great coffee, and be helpful in recommending beans that fit my criteria. The inside is cramped and dark, but the outdoor seating is nice. They will be remodeling in March 2018. This will result in the loss of the Clover press :(, and the addition of nitrogen cold brew.
Good location, lots of parking. Could do with more seats and tables inside.
