This place is officially a new favorite of mine... It's always packed so it's best to get here early! The food is fresh and the service is amazing at an affordable price...Totally worth the wait...can't wait to go back!!!

Absolutely loved it! It was our first time eating there and definitely not the last! My fiancé had the spicy soup and I had the original soup. There is a lot of options for the add ons, sauces, seasonings, drinks and desserts. 5 stars!

On cold nights I need a nice serving of hot pot filled with tons of bike choy, seafood and mushrooms with a side of kimchi. Urban Hot Pot has arrived in the Hampton Roads area and offering unlimited proteins, veggies and any sauce concoction that you can create for under $40 per person. Included in that reasonable price is dessert which ranges from ice cream to ice jelly

All the stuffs are very nice and the food is fresh and great, only the food delivery on the bell not turn it on. We need to put all food on the table. Hope it will turn the food delivery bell on when we come back.

I love Urban Hot Pot!! I've been to several places around here to get hot pot, and this is by far the best. They have a wide variety of options on their menu, so many selections on the sauce bar, great food, and dessert! Everything is conveniently ordered on a tablet at the table. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. Depending on the day, wait times can be on the longer side, so plan accordingly!

Food : 4/5 (Main all u can eat menu good quality even though nothing fancy for hot pot style, not many choice of appetizer/snack or dessert) Service : 4/5 (Friendly/fast) Accommodation : 3.5 (very limit parking, unlucky, at that day my table was near the door and cold air came inside all the time when people open) Price : 4/5 (around $25 per person/lunch) Value : 4/5 Overall : It is a good restaurant for all you can eat - (only hot pot - no BBQ) inside not too small/nice and clean. Easy to check menu and order from Ipad anytime. There are also something interesting if you are curious to see there 1. there are robot servers and 2. food conveyor belt (only some area)

Went here for hotpot on a Sunday. Arrived early afternoon and were easily seated for a party of 5. It does get busy and there was a wait when we were leaving. It was about 45 dollars per person with a drink not including tip or any premium items. There are ipads at each table that u order from as well as a rotating belt that contains many of the veggie items. Its hot pot so i enjoyed it but its not something u can eat often because of the oiliness of the broth.

The best date night or group dinner in DC Make a reservation! Very popular. A lot of options, one price for “all you can eat” except a few specialty items. 6+ broth options. Perfect on those chilly days. Easy to order, fast service.

I love urban since they started opening. They have variety of vegs and meet to choose from. Meat quality is good unlike other places (very thin meat and not taste good). I think it's worth the price that I paid for.

Great experience if you have never been to a HotPot. You should make a reservation and ask your wait staff how does the system work. For a group of 4 pp with one cocktail each, our bill was $207.00, so about $62 pp for a Sunday lunch.

Good Variety of soup base, meats, sauces, seafood and veggies...personal hotpot, fresh meat, even the deserts are very good. All you can eat, for lunch is $20.99, some drinks are extra, the Thai tea here is so good, and reasonable price! Coconut sago is excellent after so much meats! Love the sauce station, so many choices, just mix your own favorite! Updated on 8/15/2022: Now the lunch price is $24.99 and dinner price is $34.99, but still a good deal. We went during summer again, not so many people, so no reservation needed. This time, we sat at the center station, it was really fun since we can just grab the dish directly.
