I was very pleasantly surprised with this place! I'd never been to this chain before, but the food was extremely good and the service was great. Cute little salsa bar, fast service, very good food with large portions. Lovely clean and modern dining room that is a pleasant place to sit with a friend for lunch. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.
I have a severe shellfish allergy, and they were very helpful and accommodating in making sure my food was cooked on foil and new tongs were used than what have been used with the shellfish. They were really nice about it, which is refreshing because oftentimes I am made to feel like I am just trying to feel "special" or that I am purposely inconveniencing people when I say I have a severe food allergy. It's awesome to be taken seriously and treated with respect instead.
Fantastic food, fresh preparation of menu items & friendly service. Variety in menu items with ability to customize your order based on need(s) or preferences. Generous portions for the price. Much better than Chipotle on all levels. Tables are clean & salsa bar has several different salsas, jalapeños, etc. Located in King Farms shopping center by several other eateries & businesses.
I love Baja Fresh! This is the only location left in the general area and I'm so glad they're here! Friendly service, the food is wonderful every time, made to order super quickly and it's affordable. Try the tostada (taco salad); you won't be disappointed!
Highly recommend for fast casual meals or takeout/delivery. No ambiance but that's to be expected, of course. Salsa bar has reopened since Covid calmed down. A+!!!!
I recommend comong here over Chipotle and Qdoba. The service, portions, music, and rewards program are better.
I can guarantee you the best chicken and cheese quesadilla you will find is right here in Rockville. I highly recommend it. It has fresh ingredients, it tastes authentic, and it comes with chips, sour cream and fresh guacamole 🥑

Delicious food that always tastes good and fresh. Like the variety of the salsas for chips. Big portions of food for a good price and fast service. Sadly, many are closed down; hopefully, this one doesn't.

Highly recommend the shrimp salad. Quite a good balance of shrimp, peppers, avocado, onions, and dressing.

Baja Fresh in Rockville, MD is a Fantastic Joint. They always remember your birthday. Food is tasty, large portions are served and very fresh and tasty. Staff is good and atmosphere is positive. Very good outlet for Mexican food.
Love Baja Fresh! They’re definitely a vanishing breed, which is a shame because it’s excellent quick Mexican. Much better than Chipotle or Qudoba IMHO.
