Visited on the recommendation of some friends that live locally. Their recommendation was 100% true. Had half a rack of baby back and half a rack of spare. Could not fault them, juicy and falls off the bone. Staff and owner were friendly and service was good. Better than any BBQ that we have in the UK by far, I would definitely come back if I'm in this area again. Authentic experience.

Good bbq in the middle of Rockville, tried their brisket and pulled pork. The brisket could’ve been a little more moist but the pulled pork was on point. I dig the cafeteria style they got. I do think the prices are a bit too pricey

The new design of the place looks great. It is so roomy and open, and the dance floor is spacious now. Love it. Nice wait staff and good beer selection. We are hoping they will ask the band, Groove Quest, to come back. They were great!

This restaurant is actually under new ownership and was renamed Crossroads BBQ. the new management looks like they're working really hard to build up the traffic and the reputation. I love it because the food was awesome, the band was great, and the staff was really helpful. we went on a Saturday night and we're very pleased that we were able to get a table the music wasn't too loud and the food was good. kudos to the new owners and I hope they keep upping their game so that my next review can be even better.

The smoked wings are incredible, especially during happy hour (only 5$). The rest of the food is really good too. They offer take out and catering, as well as a truck they can drive around and cook food directly at events. Prices are pretty good overall and the portions are definitely enough for two meals if you're only looking for a light meal. I often have left overs. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This review is only based on happy hour not for a full meal. The bar here has a regular group of people so be prepared for the bartender to give more attention to the regulars. That being said they have excellent deals on beers and wines as well as the appetizers. You definitely get your money's worth for happy hour.

The meats are very good as are the sauces. The dessert I got (peach cobbler) lacked strong flavor and my wife described the key lime pie as 'homemade.' It has a Texas roadhouse/cafeteria feel. They have a large bar and some kind of special/activity every day but Thursday (the night we went). We'll have to come back.

Pretty good BBQ joint off of Gude Drive with a full bar! The restaurant is cafeteria style, reasonable food, prices a bit high in my opinion. I like the different options for sides and I also like the environment. They also seem to have many regulars that frequent the bar for happy hour.

Branded 72 serves food that has the correct tastes to call itself Texas BBQ, but once the nostalgic effect wears off, it's just not done as well as it as back in my home state. The chopped pork sandwich I had was very good (the sauce that came with it was okay, though, not great), but the chili and bbq beans weren't that amazing. While the chili and beans had all the correct flavors, it just wasn't as tasty as it could be; they're definitely very close to being authentic Texas BBQ, but it's just not the same. I will definitely come back for their sandwiches, as they have just the right amount of smoke on them and the meat I got was decently juicy.

From the moment you get out of your car, the aroma of smoke tantalizes you. Upon entering you are treated to a blackboard of many varieties of smoked meats. There are platters, sides and sandwiches. I had a sandwich, without sides for about $10. The corned beef sandwich I had was superb. It was elegant in its simplicity. The plentiful portion of meat was lean, moist, tasty. It was excellent. The roll was boring, basic, the low point of the sandwich. Service was fast and friendly. Fixins bar had cukes, pickles, onions, horseradish, banana peppers, deli mustard, and at least three types of BBQ sauce of varying degrees of heat. The place is wild west saloon in feel, and if you like that kind of atmosphere it works. I felt it was a bit dated. Good for a quick bite, and they have wifi.

Good chicken and brisket, good selection of sauces and pickles/peppers. The sides are a bit small and mediocre, especially the mac and cheese. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. Overall a good BBQ experience.

I tried the three meat sliders of beef, pork, and corned beef, baked beans, mac and cheese. It was good, no complaints. By the the time I bought a ice tea, peach cobbler, and a piece of pie I spent more for the drink and dessert then I did for the meal. Just didn't sit well in my mind...

First off, why do the reviews stay on for more than 2 yrs? Some are still there from OBriens, not the current management! To get down to business, I love the food, but agree with most reviewers in that the people doing the cafeteria line are very gruff and act like they are annoyed that they have to help you! I also agree the set up when you walk in is confusing. The last time I ate inside, someone had loosened the top of the salt shaker so my collard greens got the whole shaker. I was so aggravated from the servers that I just let it go rather than have to deal with them! SO....my solution is to go DRIVE THRU......The people at the window are super nice, the pulled pork sandwiches, the dry ribs, onion rings, collards, corn bread and especially their delicious peach cobbler are much better than the RH&B. Service definitely needs improvement inside though!
