They've done a lot to improve the drive-through experience compared to 2 years ago, which was atrocious. Though I ate inside and did not use drive-through, it looks like it was better
managed than before, possibly because COVID has ended and people are more comfortable heading indoors to place and pick up orders vs using the drive-through exclusively.
Food wise it's consistently good, as expected of every Chick-fil-A.
Inside, it's very clean, and when I was there I saw team members constantly cleaning to make sure everything was spotless.
My kids loves the fact that the play area is now open. lt's a nice touch and a reminder that COVID is officially behind us.
They have a basket close by to the exit for unused condiments which is such a smart thing to do. Glad to see they are trying to be as sustainable as possible and cutting down waste.
I usually order via mobile delivery (because they are the only ones that do it themselves) but it seems that hot fries are not part of the deal. Every time I order fries, they are old, cold, and just plain nasty. Everything else seems to be okay.
During their promotion for the Jalapenos Burger, the line staff would not make the grilled version correctly with the butter bun, always with the multigrain...
Very disappointed with the single size coffee in the mornings. Sorry, I need to see an extra large like all the other restaurants provide.
The drive thru itself is a hazard waiting to happen. I really don't know how or why the county/city approved the design, I have seen a few near misses where the cars merge into the main lane.
They really need to have curbside pickup.
Consistent Chick-fil-A outlet, another quality and busy location with a surprising number of local events that you become aware of after signing up through the app. Appreciate the adult selection of salads alongside the famous chicken nuggets and sandwiches for lighter options. Consistent and tasty - a regular stop.
Always friendly and courteous staff. Food accuracy and quality is consistent, any issues are quickly taken care of. The drive thru gets crazy at lunch time, so if you're in a rush between 11:30 and 1:30, order ahead on the app for pickup inside.
Honestly, this is the best Chick Fil-A I’ve ever been in. As soon as you get in, they’re very welcoming and nice. The restaurant was very clean and satisfying. They serve your food right to you and you don’t even have to go and get your food. They have a children playground for your kids while you eat. The food was chefs kiss. Luckily, for me I met the owner of that chick Fil A and was telling him how much I liked it. He gave me a free chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets card. Honestly it made my whole day, and I’m very happy to be served by them. Thank you!
Super fast service, really friendly employees! I got my order and realized I forgot to ask for lettuce, tomatoes and cheese but they were happy to accommodate a late addition. Parking is kind of tight but manageable, came at an off hour (3pm on Tuesday) but there was still a decent amount of people there.
Service is AMAZING and better than all the Chick-fil-As we’ve been too. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the staff was outstanding. Above all, the manager Anya was PHENOMENAL! She was so nice, patient, and kind. She deserves a raise for her exceptional service. Thank you Anya for making our experience a fantastic one!
I always go to Chick Fil A. It is my favorite place! Their food is very good and service is very good. Lines can get long in the drive thru. If you are patient enough to wait, that food is just too good to pass up.
Usually good service here, but this was the second time recently that I had requested a refill of my diet Coke as I left, and I was given a sugary soda instead. Probably Coke. Both times, I didn't recognize the problem until after t GC çI am a diabetic, so this isn't helpful.

Really great place with good services. Their team are just excellent I was on my way back from Hagerstown and just decided to stop there and grab something,that was my first time trying chick fil A and Mr Patrick made me try the new Peper pimento sandwich and their caramel drink it was just excellent thanks guys I will definitely eat that again

This is a VERY busy Chick-fil-a, ever since they opened. I drive by this place a lot on route 28, and the drive thru is always very long (except Sundays of course). I thought at first they only had two drive thru lanes, but they also have a third lane that goes through the front parking lot (there is additional parking in the side lot reserved for Chick-fil-a customers). They also have staff stationed outside, some with tablets to take your order and others that ferry your finished order to you in the "drive thru". All the staff wear masks and gloves.
I ordered online and arranged to pick up in store. With online orders, you have to click a button indicating you are at the store before they charge your card and start preparing your order. It took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready, which I though reasonable considering how busy it was. A staff member greeted me when I entered and brought me my order after I gave my name. I had ordered two meals and they had put my two drinks in a sturdy cardboard carrier with a handle. I also found it interesting they had put my ordered sauces (ketchup, mayo, and mustard) in a small separate bag inside the bigger meal bag.
Food quality was the same as any other Chick-fil-a. Nice, thick slab of chicken, not too dry. Lettuce was a little limp but good enough for a fast food place. Yummy waffle fries.
The only complaint is that the outside of the sandwich containers were very oily and greasy. The insides were fine, so most likely the staff handling the containers with greasy hands. Not that big a deal, but something to be aware of.
It was a little busy, but it was quick and easy to order. The food and service were great, especially the cookies & cream milkshake.
