Had the beef tripe and spare ribs soup. The broth was light and delicious! I personally like to have more of a kick in my soup so my advice is to ask for some red chilli oil that they have. It's a perfect addition if you like a little spice. Dumplings were pretty good as well. My kid approves. Happy
Located in The Spot, atmosphere is great with moderate number of seating. The beef hand-pulled noodles were declicious, but wish the broth had more substance. I ended up added the chili oil for some kick. The portion size is huge and the soup was piping hot. For $9.75, it's a great value.
Large filling portions of hand-pulled noodle soups / bowls (Chinese and Taiwanese). You choose fat or skinny noodles with a protein (seafood, beef, and mixed non-traditional offal meats. Dumplings look to be part of the regular menu, my visit today during for launch, they're not yet available. I'll
I had a plain-pull with the regular broth. It tasted very good and the noodles were good too. I wish I could have known the calorie content because its very hard to judge with soups how long until you'll need to eat your next meal. Parking is paid unless you walk a bit further, the prices and menu h
A nice little Rockville gem nestled between other attractive Asian cuisine. There is a guy actually "pulling" the noodles right in front of you! I ended up getting the chicken noodle soup and with spicy broth - and yes the spicy is actually spicy. It was really good, but the bowl was so big that I c
Despite the rumor that I heard about the Spot's food being not so good. I tried out this place because it was very eye-catching and I was surprised that it is a very good noodle soup. The both was light, not too fatty and the beef tripe was quite flavorful.
These fresh noodles are to die for!!! Absolutely amazing. The broth is super fresh and flavorful and I ordered the beef pul noodle twice now in two days and the marveling on the beef is impressive to say the least. This is a must try for any foodie in the area. Hands down one of the best beef noodle
Just ordered from here this is the best most affordable place ever my family loved the orange chicken and chicken and broccoli
As a serious noodle eater (my own word), I observe differences between a few Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese style noodles I've tried (mian and rice noodles, ramen, and pho), in terms of what kind of noodles they use, how they prepare the broth, what/how much they put/how they prepare the ingredie
Great spot for some noodles. I’ve had hit and miss experiences but for the most part it’s been great. I think people are comparing it to pho which has loads of MSG, versus a more natural soup base like what you’ll get here, much lighter base.
Food was fast, tasty, and a good price for how much you get. I couldn't finish a bowl alone. Be aware this is a stall inside "the spot", which is on the left side of the building from the parking lot.
Such a unique concept. You aren't going to find many restaurateur that offer hand pulled noodles. Enjoy the meant types of not only the soups offered by Mian but also the variety of hand pulled noodles.
