My fiancé and I came to eat dinner after work and it was bad. First I noticed the whole place, dining area and kitchen was filthy. This place wasn’t even busy, they could cleaned. I was in line and I seen two people bring orders back because they were wrong. I too have gotten a bad order previously in the drive through. Next there are plenty of teenagers working w long curly hair and running there fingers through it. They had no gloves on or hats or hair nets. This is gross. The sweet tea fountain was totally opened completely at the top which could let anything fall into it. I don’t even think there is a manager. I’m not against leering the young guys work but something definitely needs to be done. Better interviews or better work habits should be shown!

Honestly, the worst food I’ve ever been served. Ordered 2 boxes. The #1 we ordered was served with one burnt side of okra and one wrong side. It was also a bunch of half dollar sized pieces of burnt something (see attached). The #2 is full of chicken that smells absolutely horrible. Cant eat this. Not kidding, smells so bad. The only phone number you can find doesn’t work. This location is the worst I’ve been to.

Management needs to pay attention to closing shift. This is not the first time they give me my order wrong. I don’t live 5 minutes from this location. I order a 12 pc and they give me less chicken. Several times I go and they tell me they don’t have enough chicken. I order a 12 pc and they give me chicken tenders. When I call the store so they can correct my order before I go, they never answer the phone. If management doesn’t care about all of this and more mistakes, let me put it this way…..their way of fixing their mistakes is by giving away the free meal that they gave wrong. Wonder how many merchandise they are giving away for free.

By far the worst location I've purchased from.
Used to be decent a few years ago, however my recent experience confirmed that I will never visit this location in the future.
Nightshift got my order wrong, no surprise there. Napkins /silverware would've been nice too.
Called the same night and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Called the next day, and explained to the worker that they had gotten the order wrong. The worker I spoke to replied with "oh, well bring my food back first and I'll give you a refund".
Not quite sure what he was trying to protect. Disputed the charge and it's already closed so it's not a big deal for me. Just surprises me that the management/owners let this stuff slide, especially after reading the other reviews. Clearly no attempt is being made to rectify the issue.

Ordered corn nuggets, and I got this mess. No way am I giving this to my child. A waste of money, and I won’t be back. We get these regularly and never have they looked like this.

While the staff is really polite.. all I ordered was 3 sides. 3/3 of them were inedible. The corn nuggets and okra were cold and just..soaked in grease. The fried pickles were also covered in dark grease but overcooked. Was so hard they couldn't be eaten. Needless to say this won't be a place I'll come back to.
Change your oil guys.

Lately this store has gone downhill. It must be that they don’t have enough employees. Again and for the last time my drive through order was shorted. This time a $3 item. I love your chicken more than golden chick and it is a shame they had to stick a fork in the store in Sachse.
Update:
Wife and I are both blowing chicken out both ends. I think I can drive us to emergency care. I will update our condition as we get results.

So the chicken is amazing, the service was top notch. The rolls were lame. Still giving 5 stars because I saw Austin Danger in the drive through! Right here in Rockwall! Like wow. So if you are looking for a low key celebrity spotting place, this Chicken Express is a hidden gem!
