Oh my goodness it is slow at this location. The shaved ice is decently made, but the service is extremely lacking and there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency to get customers through the line. It took us 45 minutes at 9pm on a weekday.
Everything perfect except for the customer service. I went to Bahama bucks for my happy birthday present and a very unpleasant older gentleman was quite rude to me and I felt unwelcome. When I go to bahama bucks I think of cheerful workers who like their jobs. Not in a bitter and rude gentleman.
This location is always busy in the summer and the line wraps around the building. But they try to get the line through quickly and the staff are friendly. Flavors are great and it's a fine summer treat
First time visit. Bought the mango dragonfruit smoothie. Tastes like drinking lipstick. Not a fan. Tried my daughter's acai berry smoothie and it tasted slightly less like lipstick, or as a crayon as she described it. Eh.
