Visited around 1 am and it took forever to get my food, but to be fair…they probably had 2-3 people preparing food.
My order was perfect.
The staff was friendly.

Seriously. Everything was just the right temp and I honestly couldn’t eat it fast enough. Thanks for working your butts off in the middle of the night when the line wasn’t getting any shorter. Thank you for an outstanding meal.

Tables left dirty here. Had to clean my own table to sit down and enjoy a lunch. Buddy ordered extra gravy and was given 2 containers half way up. Not like the other Whataburger we are used to. Order taker was casually sipping a drink when we walked in and took her time to walk over and take our order. Maybe could have smiled a bit.. I felt like ordering was a hassle.. Bathroom semi clean. Food cooked well and tasted great. Custom order was done correctly.

Great staff and the typical great food you’ve come to expect from Whataburger. However, during busier times, the drive thru line can leave you blocked in with somewhat limited parking, though folks were quick to wave us out. If they have the Limited Batch #2 Spicy Ketchup, be sure and try it!

On the 15th I ordered a patty melt combo and a chicken sandwhich combo. I went back to work and opened up my lunch to find the pattty melt combo was not right. It only had 1 pattie instead of 2. No big deal I thought. I went there the next night at 2 am just like the night before. The lady said they were closed. I said my order was messed up from the night before but she cut me off saying "WE ARE CLOSED" All I was going to ask if I could come back the next night to get a replacement. So I show up the next night to get my replacement. She was there again. I told her hey I had a burger messed up and I just want a replacement. I asked if I could get the combo. They replaced my burger with a small fry and no drink. I asked her if I could get a drink and she said no they wouldn't give me a drink. She was very rude and unpleasant. Definitely will just go to Carl's next time.

Bad food and bad customer service. I have always had good experiences at other Whataburgers, but I will never go to this one again.
I went for lunch on April 14, 2022, and placed my order about 1:15 pm. First, they lost my burger...gave it to someone else. They realized that higher customer numbers were passing my number by a bunch. They made another burger, but used the same fries from the first attempt. Got my order at 1:38 pm. The fries were barely warm, and they offered me no catsup to mask the cooled down flavor of the fries. I had to bother the drive-thru person to get some catsup so I could also toss the tomatoes in the burger to increase its flavor.
The single patty cheeseburger was terrible. No meat flavor, just like the half green tomatoes in the sandwich. It tasted worse than the old-style McDonald's frozen beef patties.
The staff knew that they had botched my order, did not apologize, and gave very poor service. I do not recommend this Whataburger. Choose another Whataburger nearby, or a different burger place entirely.

server aggressively threw ketchup at me after HE asked if I wanted any ketchup. terrible service i want him fired now. And my chicken was raw

This is the SLOWEST place. 5 people walking around so slow it has to hurt them. Drive thru has long wait times. Poor management. Ordered sausage egg cheese biscuit.. sitting here 5 minutes waiting on fresh biscuits. How do they not have biscuits ready in the mid morning
