Did an app order on a Thursday night for over $60, 4 meals. Got an email confirmation and said order ready in 5-7 min. When my husband arrived he was told the App was down and was not accepting orders. He showed them the app, where it says recent purchases, the email where it's said thank you for your order (order ready in 5-7min), and our bank account where you could see the funds already being pulled. The manager on duty would not do anything to give him our dinner, said there was nothing he could do about it. He provided a cell phone number to whom he said was the Store Manager and number to customer service; 5 days later we have not heard back from the store manager and the number he gave us was for Jack in the Box stock exchange info. Seriously.
He went and got Mcds instead.
We got back out about 30 min later and out of pure frustration decided to try the app for Jack on the Box again and ordered just a large soda. Funny how that went through no problems. I asked the same "manager" my husband had talked to why would 1 go through and not the other. I told him I felt it was his responsibility to make it right, since he was the person in charge. He kept telling me there was nothing he could do. According to him, IF he gave me the food we had ordered and already paid for then the company would take the $60 out of his check. I told him that was illegal.
At this point, I had already found the correct way to contact Jack in the Box, apparently that is through a Twitter Chat. My husband had also already filled out a "Contact Me" for located online. It is now Tuesday, 5 days later, and we have yet to hear from the Manager or Customer Service.

The food is usually pretty good but they forgot to give me back my card earlier today. The lady who took my card handed me my drinks while the payment was processing but then a different lady came and asked if I wanted sauce with my order. In the heat of the moment I had forgotten about my card and the 2nd lady handed me my food then said “have a good day.” I can’t blame the 2nd lady at all and I am also partially to blame since I forget as well. NOW the real issue. I called 6-7 times back to back at around 4:30-5:00 PM but nobody answered me and I couldn’t confirm if they had my card or not. This meant I was forced to drive up there just to see if they had my card then I arrived and saw 4-5 employees and the store wasn’t even remotely busy. Kinda rubbed me the wrong way when I walked in and saw all the employees laughing and hanging out meanwhile they couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone. Wasn’t even offered an apology. Just kinda unprofessional and annoying but like I said, the food was still pretty good.

My meal was made incorrectly, also the app listed their location as being able to pick up your order inside only. The convenience of the app is to be able to order online and use the drive-thru.

Hands down the BEST fast food burger place I've ever been to. Burger was excellent, very delicious. The fries were also very good. The service was quick and friendly and the prices are very fair for what u get. Very happy I stopped here. This is my new favorite fast food period.

We are the 4th vehicle in line. We placed our order at 2:00 we are slowly inching up in the line. It's now 2:25 and we are the 3rd vehicle in line. I'll finish writing this determining what time we will get our food.A sourdough meal and 2 tacos. This is definetly NOT a fast food place!
Finally at 2:30 p.m. The credit card machine was down!
I'll have to say the young man at the window was very apologetic and respectful.

wow I can't believe the service was
I ordered a spicy chicken meal. with extra mayonnaise and instead I got extra cheese and onions for (1) that doesn't even come with the order. again I told the employee it's alright no worries I'll pay for it it's fine .
then the employee's were on there phones while the line was backed up then I looked at my order and it was someone else's order (two times) it happened ( same time)today and I was asked to pull around to get my order then I was asked to pay again since the meal didn't have fries.at the end of the day the management or boss for that restaurant/# 3725 Rockwall tx needs a sit down with the owners and get a real team in.

Horrible service I went through the drive today Wednesday April 13 at around 3:35 pm and waited in the drive thru line over 15 min when there was only two cars in front of me and when I got to the window the young lady with glasses gave me such an attitude when I shared my frustration about waiting so long. And then another Hispanic lady next to her told me that I’m gonna have to wait additional time for my food to be prepared and I told them it was ridiculous to wait for fast food for over 20 min and that’s when both women thrusted my card back at me and told me to get the hell out of the drive thru! Horrible service! I do not recommend this establishment to anyone and by the looks of the reviews a lot of other people who are Rockwall residents like myself agree that the service and their employees are horrible! Oh and also I’ve already gone ahead and filled out a contact us page to Jack in the Box so they are also aware of this outrage!
