Great guys. Great pizza. I love cauliflower the most!
Last time they messed up my order, fixed it, and gave me an extra pizza all within a few minutes and I didn't even know.
It was a pleasant surprise 😮

The gluten-free cauliflower crust 🍕 pizza was baked to perfection!
Mod Pizza is like a cross between Papa Murphys & Chipotle in how you can create your own pizza by going down the line & telling the person behind the counter what you want on your personal size pizza. But unlike Papa Murphys, they bake it right there for you so you can dine-in or take it out and it only takes about 10-15 minutes- SuperFast!
Love their concept & the pizza is superb!
Highly recommend & we'll be going back for more!

Employees need to learn how to wash there hands before touch food. One girl up the just clocked in to go to work and immediately starts handling food bare hands. So while I'm observing her she starts to put her hands down her pants to adjust her underware. Then with her hands in her front pockets she starts scratching at her front private parts. Then she proceeds to get on her cell phone and leaning up against the counter where they cut your pizza after its been cooked. Then the pizza was ready to be taken out of the oven so she pulls the pizza out and then cuts the pizzas and touching the peoples food because the cheese was stringy so she pulls the chesses off the cutter and throws it back on the cooked pizza. Another employee with a beard proceeds to help her after touching his beard and cell phone, again not washing his hands or have gloves on. Then the night crew kids come in and they all clock in and start making food and not one of them washed their hands. DISCUSSING!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK. The owner needs to have all his employees go to training on health issues and cleanliness when handling food. They need to proper training. If I was a health inspector this restaurant would have been shut down until everyone was trained in food handling. One more, this this same girl takes a customers pizza and spills its ingredients on the counter and floor as shes headed to the oven, did she replace the ingredients, no, did she clean the mess up, no she left it there while her and the bearded employee got on their phone holding up the counter and then proceeded to trample all over it. Four and a half stars. The pizza selections are, of course, vast and excellent. As you may suspect from the name, you can "mod" your pizza nine ways to Sunday at no extra cost (from what I understand). So where is this half star loss coming from?
Two words: garlic sauce. Unfortunately, due to issues the garlic sauce caused with their oven, they no longer offer said sauce. Bummer! But you can still get minced garlic to go on your pizza. It's no where near as convenient, but probably healthier and nearly as tasty.
Would eat here again.

Man this place is the king of individual pies.
I have a great experience every single time.
Unique (to me) concept of unlimited toppings. My fat-self takes full advantage of that!
Beer on-tap is always fresh and rotating.

Update: big improvements since they opened. They no longer look at me like I’m crazy when I ask for spinach on my pizza. And they are better about bussing tables. Glad to see they’ve gotten better.
Meh. MOD's version of the build your own pizza just didn't work for me as well as others (Blaze being my favorite). The pizza itself is fine, but the topping selection leaves much to be desired. They don't have fresh mozerella, shredded only. They do have a few other cheese options (ricotta, Parmesan) but fresh mozzarella is a must imo. I asked for spinach on my pizza, and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. They also only have one red sauce. There's no spicy version (like at Blaze) and the sauce wasn't particularly flavorful imo. They offer a white sauce that I didn't try. My kids love it because they can build there own simple pizza. But I was underwhelmed.
On top of the lack of topping selections, the place was just a mess. It wasn't even that busy, but they were out of sweet tea the entire time of our visit (which I informed them about) and we went to four tables before finding a clean one. They really need a busser full time to keep tables cleared and clean. I realize patrons are asked to clear their own table, but having a busser to insure this happens and tables stay clean would really be great.
It's definitely a good place to visit for families. The pizza was not bad, and I like that they have different crust options (like cauliflower and gf). But a few weeks into being opened, and this location is still obviously struggling with efficiency. That combined with the lack of toppings equated to my 3 star, meh, rating.

Quality varies from location to location but in Rockwall, TX this particular restaurant is outstanding! Service is just as good as the food. I've eaten there three times and wach time I received the same level of service. I highly recommend this place.

I don't know how you give such a good pizza for the price. Keep up the great work! A real gem in the area! Please don't raise the price! Such a good pizza for the price. AMAZING VALUE! Whatever you paid for your oven, it was 100% worth it! Don't skimp on future location's, the oven is worth the price of admission!!!
