We came there to order at drive thru. First off all, this might seriously be the best grilled chicken sandwich ever. My son had the dude. He was not disappointed either. Also, they treated our two great Danes in the vehicle with "pup cups". They want to go back everyday.

We eat out often and DQ is one of our favorite places. This is a newer location and since we know DQ and its food, we don't mess around and this location was just as good in service, cleanliness and friendliness like the ones we often go to in Rowlett and Wylie.
I sent back my chicken strip basket to be completely replaced. Chicken strips were way over cooked and so crispy i just couldn't. The fries were under cooked, just barely past squishy. One bad experience will not keep me from DQ, but I'll think twice before coming back to this one. Better chicken c

Steak finger family baskets and ckn tenders baskets is great for large families. Picked up one of each to go for our kids they loved it.

When handling food, your nails should never be super long, that is nasty! Inappropriate nails plus no gloves. Hands and nails were in the same place my mouth would be.
Employees who handle food must keep their fingernails clean and trimmed so that the fingernails do not extend
