Server lady was cracked out of her mind. Waited a solid 25 seconds for her to finish rubbing her eyes before taking our order for our extremely overpriced underwhelming smoothies. Don’t come here.

Could not enjoy my juice for the many huge chunks. Maybe try getting a strainer. And what’s even more alarming is there were lots of pieces of greens coming up through the straw (I ordered the rejuvenater which doesn’t have greens in it.) I gave 2 stores because the açaí bowl wasn’t bad.

People working here seemed more interested in leaving than serving me, but it was late and I understand. Their juice was ok. Wasn't any care or precision put into it. Just throw some stuff in a juicing machine and make $10.

Twice now, I have placed an order on the Juice It Up app based upon the hours listed in their app and Google. Both times they were not open. I’m out $22 at this point since they charged my card.
Their number in the app doesn’t work and the one on Google doesn’t have voice mail setup.
It’s good if you can get it. Just don’t expect to do so in the morning.

I don't think you really want me to post pictures. It doesn't do any good to order in the app when you drive up and the employee is just getting out of their vehicle. I ordered at 10:30. Three people ahead of me and they were ordering at the counter and had bowls and other items that take longer. Finally a second employee came in with her kids. I truly felt bad that one of the kids had a really bad cough and just had to sit at the table while the employee went behind the counter to ask what I needed. As customers we were looking at each other and wonder what was going on?
My order was last. I just had a smoothie that didn't taste at all what it should taste like. I'm not going back! It doesn't do me any good to write to customer service when there are serious issues here.I could of taken pictures but why would I when I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

I’ve tried to go to the Rockwall location twice and both times no one was there, lights out, and door locked. The times on the door said it should have been opened. Very frustrating…
