I would give negative 5 stars if possible. Very regular customers. Rarely a problem until yesterday's order. More than 4 inches of backbone and neck still attached to breast.
It is not skin as pictures show bones of back in the piece protruding from breast. I have additional photos. When notified just nowhere, the manager and the employee who closed last night called me a liar. The employee even said that chickens only have feathers on their wings (??????) when I said we have previously gotten chicken pieces that still had feathers attached as well. Was screamed at by both manager and employee before manager up on me. She said I had to return chicken today to get a replacement. Told her we live more than 15 miles away and would not travel 30 miles to bring it back but I still had tge chicken, receipt and bag and happy to send pictures. She screamed at me and said I had to return chicken today if I wanted her to do anything. Called corp. They will "escalate" and send coupon that may arrive in 8 weeks???? Not what I call customer service. 40 year customers who will find a different location or just a new chicken place.

Red-Beans and Rice is the draw for me. My wife loves the mashed potatoes and Cajan gravy. We typically order the regular fried chicken, but I also delight in the sausage dish that I can't spell. These items are so tasty that we haven't strayed into other columns of their menu. Who can neglect the warm, buttered biscuits that come with each combo meal? I am always pleased with the service, whose attention and speed are only exceeded by their friendly and cheerful attitudes. Seniors ask for their discount and they are happy to oblige. Try not to spill the crumbs from your biscuit in your lap on the way home! Louisiana's best came West.

I visited this location yesterday afternoon. I had 2 cars ahead of me in line and I was with my disabled father. I stopped for a chicken sandwich nothing big after about 10 minutes I pulled up to the order screen and ordered my chicken sandwich combo was told to pull to the window for my total. I sat in line for 30 minutes and not 1 of the cars in front of me ever moved. This is ridiculous I could have easily gone to another FAST food restaurant eaten and left. In this time it's the most time I ever spent in a fast food drive through. I left and never received my order. I will more then likely never return to this location again and would suggest others go elsewhere as well.

Service was horrible in that the man who took my order did not listen and rang up a chicken sandwich not the popcorn shrimp meal I ordered and then argued with me about. they then did make my shrimp and when I said that I was due back some money they argued with me that the popcorn combo was more expensive when it was listed at 7.99 and the sandwich combo was listed for 8.29. The manager then started arguing with me telling me it was all on me when I told her that if her cashier would listen then maybe there would not be a problem. she then said that I called all of her staff "special" which I did not just that her and the cashier do not listen. I left and will not be back. your people are rude, and do not understand what customer service means. I also did not get an apology or an acknowledgement from the manager she ignored me until I asked for the rest of my change.

Ordered a family meal with sauces printed on the receipt and had to wait extra for dark meat. Learn to find out NO sauces when I got home!!!! Ruined my day! I love Popeyes sauces. What’s a meal without freaking sauces!

Service was good. Food was fresh and hot.
Only reason not 5 stars is because I came for Cajun Fish, it was listed on the menu, but they said they didn't have Cajun fish.

Terrible service by the manager on duty. Rippin Chicken old and overcooked. Manager did offer to replace, but I had to drive back 17 minutes to pick up. Very inconvenient. She never really apologized either.
Maybe they were just having a bad night. Nonetheless, I we won't be going back. ✌🏾

Usually, I have an average experience at Popeyes. Yesterday, the customer service was horrific -- and it was from the Manager! I ordered eight blackened chicken tenders, which is a 5-piece combo and 3 additional tenders. She rang up a Family Combo, which came up to $30. I was looking at the screen and I could see that she keyed in something that wasn’t quite what I wanted. I told her that was a mistake and that the pricing was incorrect on the screen. So, she was said, “The pricing is right.” So, I said I could pull to the window so we could clear it up. I thought maybe she couldn’t hear me.
So, I get to the window, and I tell her that my order isn’t correct and that the price is more than this meal is usually. She immediately became defensive and combative. She said, if you have a problem with the prices, you need to call Corporate. I don’t make the prices. I said no, I usually don’t have a problem with the prices, but for 8 tenders, it usually doesn’t cost $30. She began yelling at me and saying, “Like I said, if you have a problem with the price you need to call Corporate. The prices went up and I don’t control them.”
I then asked, could she simply repeat my order, then. She was like, “No because if you have a problem with pricing, you need to call Corporate.” I was like, “Can you just tell me what you keyed in. Can you repeat my order.” She said, “I got down what you said.” I then asked, can I then see the receipt or something, so I can verify my order.” “She was like, no you have to pay first.” I told her I’m not paying $30 for 8 tenders. I don’t think that’s right.
So, finally an associate comes over and looks at the order. He sees the problem and fixes it. My order is then $17. I was like, thank you. That’s what I ordered. She was like, “NO, I took down what you ordered. This is what you said!” She had keyed in an 8 piece Family Order! I was like, No Maam, that’s not correct!” Finally, I said, “May I speak to a Manager.”
She was like, “I AM THE MANAGER.”I was floored! How could the Manager talk to me like that and carry on in this manner? I was like, WOW. So, I went in and asked for her name and told her that I was going to escalate this because the way she acted wasn't right. She ignored me and continued speaking in Spanish to her employees because she knew I couldn't understand what she was saying. She told them not to give me her name. So, I called Corporate. This was such a crazy experience!
