Picking up the phone is expected. I waited for 13 minutes. If they are closed, then make use of the phone system to inform the caller. Do not order delivery from this location. Multiple reviews state delivery times are not close to the ETA. They are true. I ordered pizza at 3pm on a Friday and have been waiting close to an hour after 20-30 estimated. If you order, I recommend pick up only.
