Ordered the pepperoni extravaganza from the web site. Got it home no pepperoni. Mngr said I ordered cheese. No effort to make it right just wanted to argue the point. No pepperoni but I did get a hair. Threw it out. First time in my life I threw pizza away. At least the mngr won the argument
I've always loved Papa John's but I'll never order from them again. I ordered two large pizzas lastnight and NEVER received my order and of course they were closed once I started realizing those pizzas weren't coming. I hate that I'm forced to leave ONE star when they don't deserve that.
Very disappointed. There was little to no sauce on the pizza and the toppings were very scarce. The chicken wings were not cooked enough. Worst experience at Papa John’s that we have had.
This place is good, I’d go here again. Pizza was decent and customer service was good.
Terrible service never again… waited 1 hr and a half for my pizza only to be told that they canceled it. Overpriced for and average pizza and if your looking for a quick answer of food it’s NOT THE PLACE TO GO.( Marcos is much better)

This was not worth all I paid for it. I paid extra for extra cheese for my The Works. This had less cheese than a regular the works.
