I got home and this is what my fries looked like . I called Rocky Mount McDonalds to get an email so I could send them this pic but they would not provide me with one.i was told to bring the fries back in when I came to town and they would make it right/. This is what they serve soggy burnt fries.
Compared to other McDonalds in the surrounding areas, Rocky Mount has the fastest, & friendliest service. They get the orders correct & if they make a mistake, it’s no problem fixing. The inside is clean, including the bathrooms. The employees are always smiling & friendly. I’ve never had any issues
Their fries and tea are the best around! I like their little hamburgers too. They offer a sweet little kids Happy meal as well.
quality has gone down, they do not drain the grease from fries or hashbrowns so they are always soggy. update 5 minutes later opened up my mcmuffins to find they put ham instead of sausage. =) nasty,
Two drive thru lanes and barely anyone in line and still sat for 5 minutes before the line moved. They built the second drive thru lane and somehow wait times seem like they've gone up. I don't even go here anymore, thought I'd give it a try today and couldn't sit and wait that long.
My fiancé just got home with our food. And I swear every time we come there they never give us our dipping sauces. Now I have to eat a 20 of nugget with no sauce and my daughter doesn’t have the sauce she wants. Unbelievable.
Nasty store and hate crime employees.....I find this completely unacceptable at any level to receive food from your location like this with the meat wrapper paper till attached to the meat.
