Went to Rocky Mount Va Wendy’s and the fries was cold and I ask for the hot and crispy fries that was supposed to be a guarantee and I call and asked for the manager and she said they went though four and I still got semi warm fries. Rocky Mount Va Wendy’s is a joke.

I went to wendy tonight. I ordered a number 1 that was a large. Then I oreded a number 6 spicy chicken sandwich with a back potato.. I never got my number 6 added to the cost when I told them that is what I wanted.. So then I had to pay for it when it was wendy fault for not adding to my ticket...

They got our order wrong, gave us two medium frosty’s and one small we we ordered two medium and a large. They gave us the incorrect change when we should have gotten way more. There’s one napkin in the bag for a family of 3. This was not a good experience whatsoever and I’m highly disappointed.

Had a small issue with my order, called and the manager (Kimberly), was professional and courteous, she resolved the issue promptly the food was excellent

Hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, sometimes I get a burger and it's covered in so much mayo it looks like they just turned a jar of helmans upside down and dumped it on the sandwich.

Service was pretty fast but they gave me the wrong drink. I had ordered a Hi-C orange to drink and received Fanta soda. My chicken nuggets were also not fully cooked. Kinda disappointed.
