Something for everyone. There is something for everyone. I don't necessarily like traditional Chinese food, but I like Japanese and Thai food. I like Pearl of the Orient because of the breadth of selections on their menu.
Great Friendly Service, Good Food. We ordered the California Rolls, which were delicious and made fresh. Then my dad and aunt had the Hot Sour Soup, which they said was very nice. Then for our main dish we had Empress Chicken, which had a tasty sweet sauce, however the chicken was battered and deep fried, which I did not like because the chicken had a fried texture were I like my chicken tender and juicy. We also had the Singapore Rice Noodles, which was excellent!! We were happy with that choice of dish. We also had the Pho, a dish which I know very well. However, the dish was not up to par. The broth did not have the taste that was expected and it was not served with the brown or red sauce.
The portions of the food is amazing. We could of ordered 2 entree and still had left overs and would be stuffed!!
The service was great. Everyone was very friendly!
I would definitely come back and visit. The menu is extensive so there is a reason to definitely come back!!
Friendly staff and good service make Pearl a great place for a Thai dish. Plenty of choices on the menu including sushi and Vietnamese dishes. The vegetarian options are a plus.
My boyfriend and I aren't big on sweets, but it was his birthday and I knew I wanted a unique cake for him...I ended up working with the sushi chef at Pearl and he created this three tiered masterpiece! The picture doesn't do the cake justice, but I promise it was fabulous!! The entire experience at Pearl that day (and every time I've been there) was simply regal. The staff was so accommodating and my mom and I left overjoyed! We'll definitely be back!!
Excellent sushi! I'm no sushi connoisseur but after taking the bartender's (Mobley's) recommendation of the Spicy Dynomite and Unagi/Eel we loved it! Grabbed a take out menu and we will certainly be ordering again. Nice people and great service.
The reception and waitress is nice. Variety of food can choose from and the owner/manager is very nice and made us feel so warm welcome. We have a good time there.
One of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Discovered it originally through UberEats and was surprised when the dish I ordered cane served in a half Pineapple. Great presentation and flavor. I am from out of state, but I have been coming here every time I come to visit my friend who lives here. Made a special request when ordering today and they happily obliged. Their egg rolls are very delicious too. Staff was friendly as well. I’ve never actually dined in but would love to one day.
Excellent dinner this evening. I highly recommend the large cut Salmon sushi appetizer as it was extremely fresh and generous for the price. Empress Chicken dish was good, however a little heavy on the breading, which I simply cut away.
My date ordered the Dragon Roll and Seafood Trio, nearly finishing both, which is always a good sign. :)
The staff and owner were very courteous and accommodating. Overall the experience definitely warrants a return visit.
