I’ve always loved firehouse sub but the atmosphere here is excellent. The workers are so kind and helpful and I have never had a better experience somewhere other than here! Highly recommend. The food is delicious and the people are great!!
I had the white cheese and steak sub, plus the chili. Bread was very fresh and sandwich was still hot when I got home.

We love this place. I used to have to drive to Strongsville but have one closer now in Fairview. Always great food and a wonderful atmosphere. I almost always round up to the next dollar when checking out�

Went for the first time today. The man who took our order was awesome. My son has autism and take a very long time to talk with, he didn't rush us. He would ask a question and patiently waited for a reply. Food was done quick and brought out to or table. The subs tasted great and we will definitely be back.

The community benefits from an amazing group here as all of the ideals and values of Firehouse Subs is present in newly opened Rocky River location. Located in the River Plaza on Center Ridge, the team already has made themselves at home by serving subs with efficacy and efficiency. I've made multiple stops here in the past week as well as made sure to introduce family. With it so close we are sure to support this store frequently. As a medical professional, I consider it an honor and a privilege to walk-in and be waiting alongside others in the first-responders and similar family. Being able to donate to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation as well as K9s for Warriors is an absolute pleasure. I'm greeted with a smile on Zorn(sorry if I misspelled it mate) and the rest of the staff. All are friendly, accommodating, and spot-on. I implore all who read this to stop in regardless if it's in close proximity or not. You won't be disappointed by the amazing quality of food, or service. And you get to support firefighters! Win win �

I highly recommend the firehouse meatball sub. By far, it is the best meatball sub that I've ever had! 😋😋 Before I even opened the container, the smell of the meatballs drew me in. Definitely a winner!
The brisket sub is amazing. And their cookies taste and smell exactly like the ones they used to sell at school as a kid. Brings back memories. The subs are on the smaller side and they are expensive, but it’s worth coming every few months.
My veggie sub was tasty, much better than Subway. I love that they donate to firefighters. It was completely empty when I went there and the guy working there was really helpful and nice.
The subs are well prepared by a friendly staff that goes out of its way to accommodate the customer. When ordered 'fully involved' as they like to refer to it, the sub looks, tastes, and feels like a substantial meal and not just a sandwich, a grade or two above the other sub places. The only drawback is that the wheat bread always tastes like it's a day old, possibly two. It may not be but it always tastes that way, especially when compared with the regular Italian.
Got the Engineer for a change up. I was not disappointed, then again I never am. Thank you everyone for busting your butts that day. You were rather busy and finished with quite a few orders rather quickly. 🙂
