Food is good but what's with their credit card machine almost always being out of order? Yesterday, another day they couldn't take cards. One wonders if they only want cash and purposely aren't fixing the machine? A real issue! If it continues, will go elsewhere...

Got 2 steak and cheese subs from the rocky river , Ohio location. Subs are both ice cold and soggy. Uber driver was good with the timeline but subway workers did a poor job. Would like a refund. This isn’t the first time and the steak and cheese are supposed to be hot or at least warm , not cold.

Ordered two 6 inch sandwiches through the mobile app. The bread was so stale it was crunchy. Tried to call the restaurant to let them know and no one answered the phone.
