The best part about Starbucks is, their coffee and baked goods are always consistently delicious. My hot white chocolate mocha was tasty and satisfying on a cold day in Rohnert Park. The inside feels inviting and cozy with a large seating area. This Starbucks also has a drive-thru. This isn't a great date spot, because there's nothing to do to prolong the date. My favorite Starbucks! Such friendly service, always pretty fast with the food and beverages, the manager Kyle is such a sweet human he always is smiling and says hello when he's there, I also really love most (some are new and I don't know names) of the staff to name a couple Jen and Eileen are always so amazing, they make great drinks and they have such warm bubbly personalities.
I ordered, totaling 19.00 ish, then I realized I didn't have my wallet, guess what, they gave me the drinks for free! I came back and pay them and left a nice tip for the girl! Her name is Brianna, she went away and beyond, and no doubt she has a big heart.

You need to try their Oat Milk Sugar Cookie, Blonde Hot Latte. I change the almond milk to oat milk since not only am I having an Oatmilk cookie as a drink but it hits the right Sweetness while not getting to sugary of a flavor with Almond. ( Not hating on it since my allergy and Dietary restriction has changed) My Husband just gets his likes and no Restrictions Lots of love
It's a small Starbucks, but there's plenty of room to sit and sip. Staff is nice.

Attentive, friendly and helpful workers throughout this location. They were out of a sandwich my friend wanted to order and sincerely apologized, offering alternatives. She had no problem picking another sandwich and as we were waiting for it John brought over a gift card and apologized again for not having the sandwich she initially ordered. Above and beyond customer service, thank you to the team here for showing what it means to put the customer first.

I came to this Starbucks because the other one in Rohnert Park had their lobby and mobile orders off.
I came here to order a breakfast sandwich but they were out of the one I wanted, so I settled for another. As I picked up my food, John handed me a gift card and apologized for the inconvenience of being out of the sandwich I wanted! I will now be going the extra mile (literally) to come to this Starbucks!!
I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew coffee and they forgot to put the vanilla in. But my grandma was happy with her drink. The service was fast and friendly. They have a drive-thru which is always a plus. Never had any problems with the Starbucks any of the times I've used it.
Usually it's fine here, but we were cometely ignored by the workers. They attended a customer that came afterwards before us. Other than that perfect!
