Los Cazadores aka Jesse’s place ( according to my kids) is the ONLY Mexican restaurant for us. The chips and salsa are plentiful, service is fast, friendly and very efficient. The food is to die for yet my wallet doesn’t take a beating for a great meal. Most importantly it is clean!! They take pride in keeping this place spotless.

We had catering from los cazadores today and it far exceeded our expectations. The owner was incredibly accommodating and everything was included in our taco bar for a price far below other restaurants in town. Our guests loved it and we have leftovers for days even after sending home doggie bags.I may never cook for family gatherings again!
My absolute favorite restaurant in Rolla hands down! The food is always delicious and the staff is super friendly. I’ve spent so many hours in this restaurant it’s practically like a second home. No restaurants in Texas have been able to match up to Cazadores. 5 Star for sure.

When in Rolla this is my favorite Mexican restaurant to eat at; I try to stop every trip. Great food, great people; Jesse puts 110% into making sure your food is wonderful! Anytime I eat at a different Mexican restaurant, I always catch myself comparing it to Los Cazadores; it's that good. I love that everything is made fresh daily; salsa and guacamole are excellent!

We were greeted with a smile and seated quickly. The restaurant was really busy for Valentines Day. We were waited on quickly and the staff did a great job taking our order and making sure we had everything we needed. I had the shrimp fajitas and they were delicious. I would highly recommend Los Cazadores to anyone looking for great food and great service.

Delicious! Our family had fajitas, tamales, tacos, quesadillas, burritos, rice, beans, cheese dip, chips and salsa. Everything was freshly cooked and wonderful. Highly recommend.
Absolutely loved the food! I would come here daily if I lived in Missouri. I recommended the Horchata for a sweet drink and the chile rellenos but everything was tasty. Service was excellent.
Great food! Very quick service as well as food delivery. The food was nice and fresh. I had the number 18 dinner with a chili relleno chalupa and enchilada. The price point was great portion size was perfect and all of the food was cooked perfectly. This was a much needed stop on a long road trip. I definitely reccomend this stop.

On our way, from North Texas to Chicago to see The Rolling Stones, we stopped in Rolla Missouri. We inquired at the hotel desk where the best place to get a good margarita was. We were directed to Los Cazadores. The restaurant was hidden behind a Moto Mart, so we were a tad skeptical. We soon found out there was no reason to be skeptical. The place was fantastic. Our waitress was attentive, helpful and a all around great waitress. The menu was quite varied and very reasonably priced. A pitcher of Margaritas was only $16. All the combination plates were $7.35. I had the number six combination plate, a beef enchilada , taco, rice and beans and it was very delicious. My wife had the beef quesadillas plate. It was also quite delicious and enough for two people to eat.
If you are traveling on I-44 and are ready to eat, you will be well served to visit Los Cazadores.
Went here for lunch. The place was a little busy but I was greeted and seated right away. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was inviting. I got the Carnitas and the food was wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad either. It was good. This would be a good place to grab a quick lunch.
