Many kids I know call it "the penguin place" for the penguins that are painted on the windows - the mascots of the business. They have a large variety of flavors at reasonable prices,

The ice cream here is really good and they bake the waffle cones right in the ice cream shop. The penguin decorations just add to the cute decor. This place is in a strip mall so look close to find it.
