Just had my lunch delivered to the University by Trent Monk. What awesome service and really a wonderful young man with a great customer service attitude. Too often these days everyone is quick to leave a bad comment but not praise where it is due. Well done Panera Bread, hire more people like him!!
I just went through the drive through & my order was messed up. I went inside to let them know, I got my money back, I got to keep the old sandwich, I got my new correct sandwich, and I got 2 rolls for my soup. They have excellent customer service! Very appreciated!
