Went there to pick up an order and it was just coming out of the oven. There was one employee working, and he was very calm despite being so busy. The pizza was great and perfect for the price!
I am not a fan of Papa Johns pizza in general really, so on its own I would give this restaurant 2 maybe 3 stars, but I must say this Papa Johns location is different. They allow delivery right to the dorms, as well as allowing those on the meals plans at S&T to use their student dollars (which they use for meals on campus) and spend them here. That feature alone bumps it up a bit, and on top of that they usually get the orders correctly. Sometimes the wait times for the food is whack, upwards of an hour and a half, but that's only on some occasions. Overall, 3.7/5
Personally this is the best Pizza I tested in the US. The people who work their are friendly and helpful. The only dis advantage is the restaurant cleanliness still in a fast food level .
Would rate 5/5 but a pizza always has to be remade because it's falling apart in the box or a different driver took my order.
