I was on lunch break and hoped to get through the drive thru without any problems and was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and through the drive thru service was. Kimberly L. went above and beyond most service at any fast food. Management should be proud to have such a great asset to their staf
Of the 2 locations in city limits this is the 1 I'd suggest you go to. Even if the line is forever long they keep the line moving. The food is always right, never had a messed up order from this location. It's always fresh and hot. West Rome taco bell the best 1 for sure
The food was good but the associate working the window wasn’t very hospitable. I have gotten use to the friendly thank you at this restaurant. They were really busy and kinda moving folks along I guess.
My order of grande nachos sucked no veg on it just maybe 2 tea spoons of meat and beans no sour cream or nothing. Tasted horrible I was mad
Would be nice if they got the orders right or made the food correctly. Taco Bell has gone down hill while the prices just keep going up. This is supposed to be a crunch wrap.. this is not made right and is so thin hardly anything even inside it
