It was soo amazing , my server was friendly and all the food was delicious i just wish there was an applebees in mya country,,, Panama, i would go everyday.
So friendly, happy efficient staff. Food was really good and healthy

Zyeire is an server. Please recognize his efforts to ensure all of his customers receive five star treatment. He promptly took our order, brought it back accurately with a very pleasant smile. His warm personality makes a customer want to come back. He came to our table several times to ask if there was anything else we needed and if the food was good.
The manager was also very personable. He even took the time to assist Mr with getting my comments on Google. This was very important to me because I didn't want a tech issue to prevent me from showing my appreciation for the professional service I received today.

We usually eat at this location after church and generally enjoyed the services, but we had dinner today April 23, 2021 at Applebee's. The waiter was attentive, kind and professional. Covid protocols were followed. It was a table of 6. The kids enjoyed their meals but I didn't enjoy my dinner. My Steak was not well done. The waiter gave me another steak and it was the same result. The outside of the steak looks done but once it's cut, it is very red which was a turn off for me especially when I am paying the bill. Having said that I think this was an aberration.

So this trip was inspired by my daughter, who is very picky at where she eats and her brothers actually wanted to go to red lobster but her being the queen, she won that battle... lol but on this day she picked a winner... we arrived and didn't wait long to be seated which was great, we were taken to our table and within minutes our waiter approached us ready to take our order, again was great the place was somewhat crowded but service was running like a well oiled machine. My 2 boys tend to order the same thing everywhere we go (burger and fries) and my daughter loves her ribs. Our drinks came early followed by appetizers, they didn't last long...lol then shortly the entrees arrived and everyting was well prepared, hot and my plate was even sizzling... that's so cool we all shared from eachother plate ( kids love doing that) so we got a taste of everything and i must say the chefs for that day was on point, everything was fresh, flavorful and spot on to applebees known quality in their food.. and kudos to the waiter he was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were satisfied with everything... thanks applebees my children and i enjoyed our visit
Service is nice and food was amazing! The artichoke dip, 4 cheese Mac and cheese, and brownie bite were great
Loved the margaritas there and the service was great. Shanaya is awesome and her cocktail recommendations are superb š
I enjoyed the food, my children got to color which help keep them calm into their orders came out. I appreciate that.
I loved my servers personalities even down to the bus boys. My children enjoyed everything.
DeShawn is the manager there at Applebees in 5 town his energy is unmatched. He was understanding his customer service is remarkable and we will be back soon. Thank you DeShawn 5 stars hands down
We were thoroughly impressed by the way this location handled social distance and safety policies. Seating was spaced out and I personally felt safe dining there.
I had to write this review !!! We were greeted by DāAngrelo upon arrival he was so charming kind and friendly . We watched him working hard while we waited for our meals
Zyeire was our server his smile lit up the place , he was hard working serving his section .he always came back to check on his . He was so efficient and loveable
Joe the manger was warm and professional and so appreciative of the compliments we gave about his staff
Anthony also assisted of course with a smile
Luis the bartender served the perfect drinks

I had a good dinner with my son I had to write this while still in the restaurant. Staff was very nice and polite food great and well prepared had a A1 experience.

TO MY SUPRISE IT ACTUALLY WAS CLEAN TONIGHT. I GUESS DO TO LACK OF CUSTOMERS BUT WHATS UP WITH ALL THE TABLETS BATTERIES REMOVED. I COULD HAVE CHECKED OUT AND LEFT ALREADY
