Food is ok, but for $18+ for the buffet breakfast I would expect that pop would be available. I had to go downstairs to the cafe get my own. I don’t drink coffee so gotta do what I have to, but really irritating. I guess I’d be in a better mood if I had my morning caffeine.
I ate here twice. The first was for lunch, and thought the service was great as well as the food (had the open faced salmon sandwich). I then went back for dinner, had the buffet; as far as buffet food goes, I thought it was above standard with fresh ingredients to choose from.
I am here on a business trip. I was happy to see it open early since I get up early. I had to order sort of a la cart to get something without bread. I ordered eggs, sausage and fruit. Itcame quick and was cooked as ordered. The waitress was attentive and smiley.
O'H American Grill is a fantastic place to dine in the Hyatt Regency Hotel near O'Hare airport. This place is not always open, but when it is, they almost always serve a buffet and offer menu options. I always go for the buffet, especially since it's surprisingly economical. The most impressive part
Super slow service. The food was OK.
Purely expensive trash! Steak wrap was just terrible and soup was fishy and got sick later afterwards. AVOID EATING HERE. Lobster bisque had crab meat in it???
Friendly staff, great service even at peak hours. Food was reasonably priced, hot and fresh on the buffet.
Nope! Lots of nope. Terrible food. Terrible service. HUGE prices. An order of fries and rootbeer to go is $15.00... enough said.
