We went to Carmine's for dinner tonight with some friends. I highly recommend you stop in if you're in the area. It's a beautiful restaurant, with amazing service. Our server, Jonathan, was very friendly, gave excellent suggestions and checked on us often. (my water never went empty) Everything came out quickly and was absolutely delicious!! We can't wait to go back!!
Carmine's is a wonderful newer place in the Rosemont area that is worth your visit. The food is delicious with just the right amount of seasoning to please your palette. I had one of the best Italian sausage and pepper sandwiches in my life. If you love seafood then you have to try their Linguini pescatore. The dish is loaded with succulent shrimp, calamari, clams and mussels. All were cook to perfection including the linguine.
Caitlin, who was our server, rounded out our excellent experience at this establishment. She was very helpful with recommendations of items on the menu as well as drink selections. Caitlin was on top of our needs and never left use wanting for anything. She checked back with us often but not overdone.
We will be returning to this restaurant soon not just because of the good food but also because of the great service.

We met up with some friends tonight for dinner at Carmine's. Everything was deliciously amazing! My husband had the prime rib special and I had the sea bass special. SO GOOD. Our server Jonathan was great! He made suggestions on the menu, was super attentive, and he even overheard the table talking about how it was my birthday and brought me cannoli with a candle!

First time eating here and my experience was amazing. Called couples before to get a reservation and was able to get it without an issue. Very beautiful place, and service was excellent. Our server was very friendly kept coming and checking in to ensure that we aren’t forgotten and left waiting despite them being quite busy for a Sunday evening. We got to sit outside the ambience was very pleasant. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to cater to our needs. Asked us few questions to understand what we are craving, was able to full fill our cravings. And trust me when I say this I am probably the most picky and annoying customer that never knows what to order. So for him to make me happy is a huge deal for me. For being high end restaurant I was surprised to see the portion sizes.
Unfortunately I do not remember our servers name but thank you to him and the management for giving me and my girl an amazing date night.

Food was fantastic! The manager Phil was very polite and got us seated within 10 minutes. I will definitely go back the fish salad is fantastic
