My wife and I have eaten here a couple of times now and have really enjoyed the food. Appears to be a family run restaurant. Good food selection and large portions. The only thing that I wish they had was more pictures of the dishes as we are admittedly not familiar with some dishes. That said, they have always been helpful in explaining the menu. We will definitely be back to keep trying more on the menu!
First time having Sri Lankan food. Another restaurant on my list of places known for having cuisine that can be very spicy 🌶 (it isn’t all that way and doesn’t need to be ordered that way, though. Would still be delicious mild or without heat)
Super happy I tried this place. The food was so delicious, filling, and incredibly reasonably priced. The appetizers are vegetable and potato dumplings and curried chicken and vegetable rolls. The bread entree is roti pol; which is a Sri Lankan flatbread made with coconut. The fats and sugars from the coconut make the bread so soft and perfectly flavored to balance the curry it came with. The curry with that was a lamb (they also had fish and chicken) curry. It was also served with lunu miris which is a spicy (genuinely) onion chutney. The other entree is a Sri Lankan dish called kottu. That’s the most popular Sri Lankan street food and is a stir fried dish with chicken, vegetables, onion, chilis, shredded godhamba roti (a thinner, softer bread than the pol roti) and is served with a curry sauce to pour over it. I wanted spicy, but wanted to be cautious so got hot instead of extra hot. Next time I’d try extra hot, knowing it will absolutely be that. The dessert is called watallapam and is a Sri Lankan custard made with cane sugar, coconut milk, and eggs then spiced with nutmeg, cardamom, and cloves. That was suuuper good!
I definitely look forward to going back because the food was exactly everything I wanted and the entrees and dessert were new to me, which I love! The man who owns it with his family was serving and he was super helpful, nice, welcoming, and proud of their food and cuisine which makes it fun to experience. I loved his appreciation when I said that we’d driven 40 minutes to visit 🙂 that kind of pride really makes a meal special.

This was delicious. Absolutely cannot believe it's my first time here. The plate of food was so filling I'm taking half home. We ordered an app of fish cutlets and our entrees were Lamb Kottu and chicken kottu- they were all good. The gravy with the lamb Kottu was spectacular. We will be back.
Also, I appreciate the offering of level of spice as I am originally from ND and had a bland palette so it's nice to expand my spice repertoire slowly as I try new meals and restaurants. I ordered my meal mild and tried my husband's medium - both were very Delicious.
House of Curry is amazing! The care that goes into the preparation of their food comes through in every bite! There is so much more I want to try here after trying the shrimp fried rice and lamb fried rice! I am definitely going back and I recommend you try House of Curry too!
Absolutely wonderful dining experience. The service was superb. Friendly, warm, helpful, attentive to detail and knowledgeable. The food was equally as good. I highly recommend House of Curry. We will certainly be back!
The food at House of Curry is so good! I grew up eating Sri Lankan food at home, and this surpassed my expectations. It’s authentic and delicious! The menu is also translated well so English speaking customers can enjoy Sri Lankan food.
This place is good. Food is really tasty and the customer service is wonderful too except when they ask “do you want your curry to be spicy” and charge extra 75 cents to make it spicy .. funny .
Ate in at the cozy booths and loved the kottu. Make sure you use the gravy, it is so good. I ordered mild and it was very MN mild. Delicious!!!
