I had a wonderful experience today at Starbucks at Brazos Town center. I did a mobile order and went inside to pick it up. I tried to passion tea blended (almost sugar free item) and added some heavy cream and one packet of sugar in the raw! Perfection! I also grabbed some of those bacon egg bites!
Indoor seating was taken away at this location which is a HUGE bummer but they still have some outdoor seating available. Looks like it’s just coffee to go from now on. The staff was super friendly and polite as always!
Every employee at this location is awesome. I was greeted by several and even though the app gave me an estimated 21 min wait time for my order, it was ready within 5 after they asked my name.

The staff at this location are always so happy, so friendly and so polite. It's right off the southwest freeway so it's a very convenient location as well when going into, or heading south from Houston. Many great businesses nearby also, so it's a great spot if you have other errands to run.
They are the best. Sonya, Phylex, and Olivia and Patrick have been so kind as well as anyone else I'm leaving out. Made me smile when not happy and write on cup to make day better. They mean a lot and treat you great. I hope they know what they do means a lot.

They were out of my husbands favorite drink and Asiya suggested another option which he absolutely loved! She was so sweet and cheerful! It’s hard to find that these days.
They are always so quick and efficient in the morning. Even if I don't order ahead and have to go through the drive-thru it goes very quick and it is always perfect and even if it isn't they will make perfect.
Love this particular Starbucks and so do my teacher friends! Especially during and after testing days! Our favorite barista is Patrick! He makes our drinks just right!
I accidentally mobile ordered at the wrong location (8 minutes away from here) but Sonia was incredible and kind enough to still make my order for me! I’ve never met kinder baristas at any Starbucks location. They could have turned me away but they were so sweet!
